Watch the secrets of the game dark souls. Passage of the game Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. Boss: Belfry Gargoyles

Arriving at Fire Temple, first of all, kindle a fire and distribute the souls received in the Northern Undead Sanctuary. In principle, you are free to develop those skills that you prefer, but we strongly recommend that you first increase your strength and learning to 16 points, and then pump your intelligence and faith to 18. In the future, this will allow you to use several much-needed weapons.

After pumping, you can talk with the inhabitants of the Temple. Sitting near the fire Dejected Warrior. After finishing the conversation with him, go to the well and take Humanity. Use it, then go to the fire and reverse the devastation. With this ritual, you will spend one humanity and restore your human form. Another humanity is worth spending on lighting a fire to get more estus from it.

Solid Humanity is a consumable item. Can restore health and also increase your humanity level from 00 to 99. While in human form, you activate bonuses, namely: Hidden Object Rating, Curse Resistance, Protection against Physical Damage, Magic, Fire and Lightning, and Damage Increase some weapons. Humanity is needed to upgrade campfires.

Climb the stairs and exit to the ruins. There will be three doors in front of you. Behind the right lies a dead man, from which you can get 6 bombs. Behind the middle door there is a broken elevator, and a cleric Petrus. The left door leads to the cemetery, where quite dangerous skeletons live, which cannot be dealt with yet. After talking with Petrus, return to the fire and find the stairs down. There you will see Anastasia of Astora locked in a cage. Going down even lower you will find yourself at the elevator, it leads to the Ruins of New Londo, but this place is too dangerous.

Having explored the Temple of Fire and nearby territories, one can come to the conclusion that there is only one way left. From the fire, run past the well and head up the stairs. Climb up it and deal with the three Hollow Soldiers at the foot of the bridge. At the same time, be careful, another enemy will throw fire bombs at you from above. After dealing with three enemies below, go upstairs and kill three more. Then go back down and go to the place where the dead man stood with a large shield. You can jump to the bottom of the bridge to carefully walk to the opposite side and pick up from the corpse Sacrificial Ring .

Get out of the bridge, go up the stairs and go into a narrow corridor. Turn left and kill the rat, raise the soul from the body lying nearby; then run along the tunnel until you see a passage on the left. There is another way, but it is still locked. Go outside and go up the stairs. Welcome to the Undead City. Immediately you have to fight with a couple of hollow warriors. Having won the fight, go forward, there will be more enemies, one of them is armed with bombs. Having dealt with them, go through the foggy curtain.

From the body under the stairs, collect the soul and go upstairs. When you go outside, you will see a dragon! Don't panic, he won't touch you, just scare you a little and fly away. Go forward, aggro with one or two Hollow Warriors and step back so as not to catch the enemy crossbowman's bolts. After the fight, go back down, under the tower on which the crossbowman stood, and look through the door. There is a corpse on the balcony, in which you can get Wooden Shield. Climb the tower and go through the door on the left, in the presence of a fire, it remains only to kindle. We recommend performing an Ignition Rite to increase your Estus supply to 10.

Exit the room with the fire and kill the revived enemies. Walk right; on the platform, which the crossbowman was shooting through, there is a passage to two spearmen. Hollow Soldiers with spears are perhaps the most harmful enemies of their kind, as they are very fond of being in a block for a long time. In combat with them, you will have to be patient, waiting for them to open up for a blow. To the left of the spearmen behind the boxes there is a ladder down. After going down it, find the closet and kill the hollow inside. Then go to a small area where the merchant sits and talk to him. Be sure to buy from him Residence Key, 30 bombs, a bow and about 300 arrows. If there are not enough souls, you can farm for hollow ones or spend the souls collected from the bodies. All these things will come in handy in the near future. Having received everything you need from the merchant, you can kill him. This makes sense, since it will be possible to get a sword from his lifeless body. Uchigatana.

Having bought, go into the building and run to the left, go down the stairs and engage in battle with 4 Hollows. Next, climb the vertical ladder to the roof of the building, collect throwing knives from the body and jump off way down. Walk past the fire or drop in on it if you wish, and sprint across the narrow bridge if you don't want to get a "gift" bomb. There are three enemies waiting for you in the room behind the bridge. Two hollow warriors with axes and one more Soldier. After the fight, exit the room and move into the building on the right. You will have to deal with a couple of the living dead, then you can go into the next room, where you will find a chest with five black bombs.

Leave the house and go up the stairs. A group of enemies is waiting for you again. If you look to the right of the stairs you came from, you will notice another staircase. Climbing up it, you will get to the roof; there are Hollow Warriors that bombarded you. Also on the roof is a body from which you can get a soul.

Climb back and approach the door opposite. You can open it with a trader's key or a master key. You can find a chest containing Golden Resin. Next, exit the house and climb the tower located nearby. At the top, kill the crossbowman so as not to interfere, get down back and go down the stairs to the three Hollow Soldiers. After dealing with them, look for the chest that you searched on a hill nearby. Right in front of him there is a staircase down that will lead you to the Black Knight.

Loyal warriors of Gwyn the Cinderlord. Together with Gwyn, they went to the Furnace of the First Flame to rekindle the Fire. In the new fire, the knights burned to the ground, becoming ghosts in black armor. Each black knight is a dangerous enemy, but the reward for defeating them is great

Before you is quite a serious opponent. First, take out the Pyromancy Flame and get ready to strike the enemy with Fireballs. Six pieces will be enough. First, sneak up on the Knight from behind and throw the first ball. After getting the attention of the knight, throw the second ball, then roll back and attack again. Watch out for enemy attacks, do a somersault in time and attack. After the victory, search the corpse, near which the black knight hung around. You will find Blue Stone Ring . Together with the ring, go back upstairs and climb into the tower.

Once inside, go to the door opposite the entrance and open it with the lockpick. A strong enemy will be waiting for you outside the door with a very useful thing in the bins. it Havel Rock Johnson. The rock is a very strong enemy, able to kill with one blow. In theory, it can be scored with any weapon, just holding on to your back. But this solution is bad because it has a very high protection against physical attacks. It was for this friend that the bombs were needed. Havel can deal a lot of damage with pyromancy, but he can dodge it very well. Just keep your distance from the former bishop and throw explosives at him. For winning you will receive Ring of Havel.

Havel was once the Bishop of the White Way Coven. But over time, a curse began to spread throughout the world. Havel, feeling his transformation into a hollow, demanded to lock himself in a watchtower so as not to harm anyone. That's where you find it

If in the battle with Havel you managed a little blood and did not spend much estus, you can move on to the first serious boss. Climb to the top of the tower and go through the wall of fog. In front of you is a section of the fortress wall with towers. First, climb the nearest tower from where you left and deal with the crossbowmen. Then go down and run to the second tower, he will jump to you Taurus Demon.

As in the fight with the Demon of Refuge, Taurus can be attacked from above by climbing the tower. But standing on the tower, you should not linger, as the enemy can jump towards you. Having won, go to the opposite tower, approach the boxes near the stairs and take the soul from the body hidden behind them.

Get down downward and pass to the right. On the observation deck near the bridge you will see Solera of Astora. After talking with the knight, agree to the deal and receive as a gift Chalk for the White Sign .

Soler is a knight of the Warriors of Light coven. He also left the Undead Sanctuary. In theory, Soler could be the Chosen One, but he has a different purpose. This is the only character who will accompany the hero throughout almost the entire journey, periodically helping with the bosses. Provided that you will also help him and continue correctly storyline character.

From the observation deck, return to the bridge and run a little forward. Seeing a large shadow, immediately turn back. Everyone on the bridge will immediately die in the fire of the Red Wyvern. Nevertheless, the bridge will have to run to the middle. You will find a ladder down which will lead the main character to a fire. If you haven't bought your bow and arrow yet, now is the time to get to the merchant. If you already have arrows, find a passage that leads under the bridge, deal with two enemies and focus fire on the tail of the Red Wyvern. Take out your bow and start shooting the tail. In total, about 100 shots will be needed, then the tail will fall off, and main character will receive the Sword dragon.

Climb up the bridge and run across it for a bit, but not too far. Because the Red Wyvern should fly over the bridge and fill it with its fiery breath. And you need to have time to get back before you get fired. Next, use the sprint to run towards the dragon. If you're lucky, you won't get hit by fire; when the main character gets to the gate, the Wyvern will simply fly away. There is a fire outside the gate and lever arm, and to the right of the fire is Altar of Light.

After opening the passage, first kill the Hollow Soldier in front, then climb the tower to the right of the gate and deal with the Black Knight. The tactics are similar in the fight with the previous knight - throw Fireballs and roll back. Get down and go through the gate where the soldier was standing. You will find many Hollow and Fanged Boar. Attract the attention of the artiodactyl with an arrow, dodge the attack with a somersault and throw Fireballs. Run under the bridge where the two crossbowmen are standing and deal with the Hollow Soldiers below, by this time the Hollows standing on the bridge, most likely. jump down to you.

After clearing the area, go to the locked gate and look for a passage down. There are many Hollows in this room. Three will be waiting at the bottom, three more a little higher. After reaching the vertical stairs, first search the body on the left. You will find Mysterious Key . Climb the stairs, kill two more hollows and go along the beam to the body. Go back, climb even higher and pass through the white light.

Move forward along the bridge and to the right, sneak up to Balder Knight and stab in the back. After the battle, approach the body of the fallen hero and take Knight's Shield. Go back a little and run to the left, up the stairs, in the niche on the left, do not miss the spearman. Having dealt with the enemy, move forward until the turn and immediately go back, the Balder Knight will run out of the corridor to you, later the Hollow Warrior with a spear will join him.

Having won another victory, turn left and go to the fork. Turn left again and go up the stairs to the entrance to the Undead County church. There is also a gate in the presence, opening which you will shorten the path to the fire at the Altar of Light. Take the Halberd from the body nearby and go into the church. Inside, you need to deal with the Balder Knights. Near the church altar will be waiting for you Knight Berenice. These opponents are clumsy, so rely on your speed. Lure him out with a bow, then finish him off with spells. As soon as the knight falls, switch to the bow again and run behind the second column on the right. Turn your gaze up. On the second floor you will find Medium. From his balcony, the sorcerer will start firing Heavy Soul Arrows at you. Hide from them behind a column and shoot back with a bow. As soon as the medium falls, run to the altar and grab Soul of the Keeper of Fire.

On the left side of the temple you will find an elevator that can be turned on. Once the elevator is up and running, you can quickly travel to Firelink Shrine and back out. Climb up to the second floor of the church and deal with the Hollow/Knights. After running past the medium's body, turn left, go down the corridor and kill the knight. Next, you will find a damaged door, hit it and you will open the way up. Head up the stairs and soon you will find Lautrec of Carim locked in a cage.

Also known as the Confessor, Lautrec is a native of Carim County. For his salvation, he will thank you and offer help; you will need to talk to him in Firelink Shrine for this.

After freeing Lautrec, go back to the body of the medium and continue searching the top floor of the church. Soon you will come across a vertical staircase leading up. Next, you will find a misty wall and a sign to summon Soler. Summon a knight and go behind the fog to meet the boss.

After watching the video, immediately fly into Gargoyle with Soler. While she is distracted by the knight, you can go behind the enemy and cut off the tail to get Tail Ax. In a duet with Soler with the first Gargoyle, there should be no problems. But one has only to demolish half of the health, as the battle will enter second. The most important thing is not to get confused and to score the first opponent as quickly as possible. There will definitely be no problems with the second Gargoyle. Electricity works very well on Gargoyles, you can enchant your weapon with Golden Resin. After defeating these bosses, you will be able to climb the bell tower and strike the first awakening bell.

After setting up the character, we watch the introductory video. We rob the work lying nearby and use the key to unlock the door. We move along the corridor, climb the stairs. At the water, turn right and go up the metal stairs. In the open air we kindle a fire (preservation) in the center. We open the gate and go inside, we meet the Demon of Refuge. We will not cope with it, so we will turn into the passage on the left. We kindle a fire ahead, turn into the passage on the left. We move along a long corridor, at the other end of the enemy with a bow. We rob the encountered corpses and thereby obtain a shield and a more or less powerful weapon. We destroy the enemy when arrows fly at us - we substitute a shield, we pass through the white light. We go straight, then to the right, we rise up, then we are preparing to sharply dodge to the side so that the ball does not dare us. Follow his trail and go through the gap in the wall. We communicate with the dying, we get the key to the east wing. Let's go downstairs, reach the fire and rest. We return to the stairs, we rise upward. We deal with the meeting opponents, we pass through the white light.

BOSS: Demon Sanctuary

We jump right on it and hold down the strike button. If we're lucky, we'll use up about one-third of his health. We provoke the enemy to strike, sharply step back and go around him from behind. We continue to strike until he rises - in this case, you must definitely jump back. The shield will not help us, so it is advisable to hide it altogether.

We unlock the gate with the key and go through. We go straight until a bird appears and takes us away.

We arrive at the Temple of Fire, rest by the fire and increase the characteristics of the hero. Having turned around, we will see a slope, we climb up along it, finishing with the meeting opponents. We pass through the drain, climb the stairs. We go through the white light, continue moving along the wall, we will see a huge dragon. We deal with the enemies we meet. Those that are located on towers and other hills sometimes interfere with destroying other enemies, so first of all we will get even with them.

BOSS: Taurus Demon.

We will meet him on a wide and long wall. We turn around and run to the stairs on the left. We rise up and carry out a powerful attack in the jump (holding the strike button). You can do this a few more times, or just move away during his strikes and quickly sneak up on him from behind and attack accordingly.

We go further, we go down. We face the formidable flame of the dragon, we hide on the left or on the right. He will observe and as soon as he moves, we approach him on the right and chop off his tail. We pass into the tower, pull the lever on the left and move through the gate. We go straight until we find ourselves in a building where we meet large knights with shields. We rise along the usual, and then along the metal stairs. We get out on the roof and fight with two Gargoyles.

BOSS: Bell tower gargoyles.

The most important thing is not to run away from them, but to jump to the side. We attack these bosses in turn: as soon as we finish with the first one, the second one will appear, attacking exclusively with fire. This is where dodge skills come in handy.

We go further through the white light and climb even higher up the stairs. Outside there is also a ladder, climbing which we will find ourselves right under the bell. We pull the lever, we return back along the stairs. Let's go back to the original fire. From there we go down, stand on the platform, which will lead us to the cave systems on the other side. After passing through them, we will meet with arachnid creatures and a rather weak mini-boss. We continue to walk through the cave to the white light, passing through which we will meet a huge spider.

BOSS: Chaos Whitch Quelaag.

We try not to fall under the direct eruption of magma from the spider's mouth. Weak spots boss - on the sides of the mouth. When the enemy rises, be sure to retreat, so as not to be in the dome of defeat.

Having won, we pass through the white light and, having reached the lever, we pull it. We continue to move through the cave system. You will have to run a lot, at the very end we pick up the item and the angry boss starts to attack. Just run away from him to the white light. Then we wait until his hand is next to us, and deliver a powerful series of blows.
Let's return to the original fire and take the upper path. We go up on the lift. We only run straight, as soon as we see the stairs on the right - we follow down. We will meet a mini-boss, which you can simply ignore and get out into the forest. We get to the gate, go through them, go down and go even further into the dense thicket.

BOSS: Great Gray Wolf Sif.

A very fast and dangerous enemy. Sometimes it attacks suddenly, having previously dissolved in the sky. It is best to be under the Wolf, right under his belly, as this is the safest place.

We go to the previous fire and run straight along the narrow path. We run through the pendulum axes, climb up the stairs. Axes again, turn left and run as hard as we can. The main thing is not to miss the white light on the left. Then we climb higher and get out. We rise to the roof, where we face the boss.

BOSS: Iron Golem.

The enemy is not so fast, but has a wide range of attacks. When Golem swings, we go around him from behind and attack. Preferably on the left side, so as not to be grabbed by the right hand. You can run right between his legs to avoid being hit immediately.

We go down a very long staircase. We pass through the left building. On the bridge on the right we get to the tower, in the center of which there is a lift. Going down the steep stairs, immediately turn left and jump down a little. We move along the thin wall, go inside through the broken window, climb up and move along the beams. This must be done very carefully, because enemies also live here. At the end on the right below we will see a white light, we jump down and go through it. We run to the center, we rotate the mechanism. We pass further, along the wide stairs we climb upward. Immediately turn right, then right again and go down. Further, having passed a little, turn left and pass along a narrow bridge. We go inside the building through the white light. Behind the door on the left there is a fire, but the main path is ahead, up the winding stairs. We go along the corridor, turn left and find ourselves outside. Behind the enemy in the center there is a passage down. We run straight up, go down the stairs on the left. A large enemy lives here, turn right and go up the wide stairs; we pass through the white light.

BOSS: Dragon Slayer Ornstein / Executioner Smough

First, we will deal with a smaller enemy - a knight. His attacks are standard, but rather sweeping. Keep our distance and attack if possible. After the victory, the second boss will get a little stronger, and his blows will carry a powerful stream of electricity. We are afraid of a huge hammer and try to bypass the enemy from behind. With powerful outbreaks, we move back.

We pass through the white light and wait for the lift to go down. Having risen, we follow to the right to the stairs. After talking with the princess, we go back. We return to the original fire, go through the ruins and jump down. We put the received object on the bowl. Let's get to the roof of the building where we fought the previous boss. Let's go left, go through the building and get out on the right. We go up the stairs, along the path we go to the next building. Boars can be distracted by throwing objects to the side. We get to the lift and go up. We ended up in the library, climb even higher up the central staircase. On the balcony-elevator we activate the lever and go up. We get to the next boss.

BOSS: Seath the Scaleless.

At the first meeting, it will not be possible to defeat him, so we will try to do it in another location. We are afraid of powerful ice floes that are blown across the territory. We destroy the crystal on the opposite side and only then we begin the attack on the boss himself.

We return to the original fire, where we follow the ruins and turn left. We go down and look for the entrance to the cave. We go deeper and lower, go into the passage on the left, then a little further there will be a breach in the wall. At the bottom we push the mechanism and, returning back through the gap, we continue on our way. We need to jump to the very bottom and get to the white light. After passing through which, we will jump down and meet with the boss.

BOSS: Pinwheel.

The main problem is the copies of themselves created by the boss. They need to be destroyed in the first place, moreover, we concentrate attention not only on them, but also on the boss himself. We are constantly nearby, so that a little something, to be ready. However, this is not all the features of the enemy. He can still teleport and then it may become problematic to find the original among the copies. In this case, we deal with everyone who gets in the way.

We get out up the stairs. It is quite dark here, we are looking for a way down, jumping along the ledges. If you look closely at the ledges, you can see stairs along which it is convenient to go down. In the cave we break through the pieces of wood and follow through the white light. Once at the bottom, immediately proceed to the fight with the boss.

BOSS: Gravelord Nito.

First of all, we deal with the skeletons, and only then with the main enemy. Killing him is quite simple, the main thing is always behind, and with flashes, the light is to quickly move back.

Returning to the original bridge, we go down the twisted stairs. We use the lift, jump down and move along the wooden bridges. Further, on the stone and move through the building. We do not miss the white light on the right. We go up, follow under the arches, then turn left and go along the ledge. Through the first door that comes across, we go inside on the right. The next door you need is on the left. There is a staircase inside the fireplace. After talking with the man in red, we will go back down. We go out to the ledge, we pass along it to the end. We run to the next building, inside we go down and open the lattice door. We turn the mechanism and return to the ledge, where we jump down approximately in the corner and see a white light ahead. Let's jump to the very bottom, where we will face the boss.

BOSS: The Four Kings.

Darkness all around, nowhere to run. And so we try once again not to move away from the enemy and not to waste strength, but simply to simply attack with short breaks. During which we restore energy and health.

We return to the original fire and go to the location with magma. We get to the building, from there we get to the next location with trees, where the next boss awaits us.

BOSS: The Bed of Chaos.

To the right and left are red spheres, behind which important organs of the enemy are hidden. You need to destroy them first. We go to the center, we are afraid of the hand of a tree. Our task is to slip deep into the enemy and destroy the little heart.

We return to the original fire and in the ruins we look for the hole known to us. We jump down, kindle a fire and go further down the stairs to the fight with the final boss of the game. We cross the sandy territory.

BOSS: Gwyn, Lord of Cinder.

For maximum effectiveness, we need long weapons and strong armor. You will often have to dodge, take potions away from the enemy, and it is desirable that there is a stone between us so that the boss cannot fly up to us on a jerk. By following these rules, though not quickly, we will effectively defeat the final boss.

So, after you create the main character, watch the welcome video. Walkthrough Dark games Souls will start with a prison cell for evil spirits. Approach the corpse and inspect it. Pick up the key and open the prison bars with them. Move along the corridor to the stairs. Get up and go outside. Look around and pay attention to the floor. Read the message written on it to find out how health is restored at the campfire.

Approach the gate and open it. Get ready to face the first boss. Take your feet away from him, because it's pointless to fight him for the time being. Move through the passage in the other part of the room. Get out into the subway and approach the fire to replenish your health. Go out into the corridor again and get away from the arrows fired by the undead. Approach the corpse and search it. After you take the shield from it, put it in the desired window, which will be empty.

Deal with the undead and run up to the next corpse, search it and pick up the axe. Move to the white light and go out into the room where you can see the gate. Continue through the Dark Souls game and climb the stairs to kill the opponent armed with a blade. Then go to the door and notice that it is still closed.

Go down and approach the wall with a notch. Chat with the dying enemy, who at the end of his story will give the key and five flasks of Estus (this is a treat for the undead that restores health). Climb up to the locked door and open it. Read the inscriptions that you see on your way, and move on. Deal with three monsters and approach the one dressed in armor. The sword of this enemy is capable of inflicting significant damage. After you kill him, go to the door and notice that it is locked. You can not try to open it yet, because nothing will come of it. Look around and go to where the white light came from. Get ready for a boss fight.

Boss - Demon of Refuge

When going through the battle with this boss in Dark Souls, you need to constantly use estus. As soon as the boss starts swinging at you, hold the spacebar and move away from his attack. Time out between his hits so you can run up close and land a few hits that lower his health. Approach the vases or hide behind the pillars to drink estus. And act like this by analogy until you deal with the boss. At the end, get the pilgrim's key, which must be applied to the black folding gate.

Chapter 2

Watch the video and go to the fire. After restoring health, you can use a few souls to strengthen your hero and move to the next level. Look for a stranger and approach him. Communicate and learn that you need to hit the two bells of delusion. Explore the area and inspect the corpses, and then exit to the bridge and climb the stairs.

Chapter 3

Cross the water channel and go up the steps. Kill a couple of undead and explore the area. Examine the corpses and take loot from them. Then find a white glow and start moving up. Kill the undead again and get ready to storm the tower. Kill the enemies and go inside. You need to find a white glow in one of the openings.

After stocking up on Estus, get ready for a boss fight. Further passing Dark Souls you need to wait until the undead finish their attack while hiding behind the sword. Only after that, attack yourself. After you kill them, climb up and go through the white glow. Start climbing the stairs and be prepared for the crossbowmen to attack soon. Don't let them get close, because they can use blades. Move forward and be near the tower. Look closely and notice the appearance of a huge demon.

Boss - Taurus Demon

After you see him, run into the tower and get out upstairs. Try to jump on it and land a few hits in the air to take a third of its health. Then run forward with all your might, because he will now begin to strike. As soon as you move away from him to the maximum safe distance, turn around and wait until he starts attacking. Move into the tower and don't change this tactic until you finish off the demon.

After the victory, go into the next tower and get out onto the bridge. Look around and notice the undead and the dragon. Deal with those spearmen who are not far from you, and then go to the central part of the bridge. Look to the right and find the stairs. Go down and continue the passage of the game Dark Souls, finding the place where you can move the stepladder to be near the fire.

Refill your health and move on by climbing the stairs. Having met with the Dragon, try to strike from the bridge, hiding behind the wall. As soon as he starts spewing fire, you need to quickly jump down under the bridge and keep this tactic until you destroy him. As soon as he takes off from the tower, quickly draw your weapon and land a few hits on him, because otherwise the dragon will hook you with his head.

Weak spots of the boss are on the sides of the mouth.

In this game you have to play on behalf of the living dead. Your main ailments will be emptiness or madness, your heavy burden - the stigma of the invisible community of "Dark Souls". To regain your human form, use your humanity at the bonfires. This will allow you to reverse the hollowing process, increase the chances of getting help from other players or dropping various items.

The passage of "Dark Souls" begins with the creation of a character. One of the main criteria that you have to set is the class of the character. The class in this game is a reflection of the character's stats, soul level, and items. It directly affects the development of the game plot and its ending. Examples of character creation can be viewed at the link

(watch from 2:20 to 8:00).

If you intend to play Dark Souls for the first time, we recommend that you choose the Wanderer class. This is a good choice, as Drifters are much faster than other classes in mastering magic and earning stat points. This class means that you will have to engage in melee combat, as well as occasionally use ranged weapons or magic. The latter is highly preferable if you want to learn how to defeat strong enemies that you will encounter from the very first levels.

You can get magical training from teacher characters, for example: magic from Griggs (Griggs), palmistry from Laurentius (Laurentius), and miracles from Petrus (Petrus Of Thorolund). The first you will meet is Griggs in the Firelink Shrine - the center of the Dark Souls universe. The other two characters you have to save during the quests. Toward the middle and end of the game, you will be able to meet several more advanced teachers. And at the very first level, the Soul arrow magic, which is sold by the New Londo Ruins blacksmith, will be available to you.

We go further. Bows, which will also be available to you from the very first level, should be used in ranged combat. It is most rational to use them in order to stir up a stationary enemy and “pull” him towards you. At the start of the game, purchase a Short Bow. It is sold by Undead Merchant in Undead Burg. With the purchase of this product and a hundred arrows, you can also purchase a powerful sword (Drake Sword) in the appendage. We do not recommend buying crossbows, since aimed fire will not work with them.

Further. One of the differences between the game and Demon's Souls is the special role of items. They are used both for writing and evaluating inscriptions and marks, and for helping other characters or organizing an invasion of another world. Purchase Orange Guidance Soapstone from the same Undead Merchant in Undead Burg.Or you can get a White Sign Soapstone from Solaire of Astora in exchange for all the help you can.Cracked Red Eye Orbs can be found on your own during the course of quests.A little tip: do not forget to motivate other players with positive ratings for the inscriptions. This adds them characters of humanity and leads to more frequent use of hints.

Now directly about the passage of "Dark Souls". Since this is a non-linear game with a large number of options for the development of events, compose its exact full walkthrough seems impossible. Each player chooses his own way of character development and plot, experimenting with different weapons, spells and combat techniques. This is the beauty of Dark Souls: you and only you decide what to do and where to go on the next quest.

Nevertheless, we consider it useful to give some advice to beginners.

Which class to choose? The game, fortunately, does not put any hard limits on the use of characters. When you set a character class, the program automatically builds it initial characteristics and equipment.

Why are souls needed? Be guided in the game by the principle "the more souls, the better." Not only your level, but also your inventory (weapons, armor, items, etc.) depends on their number.

Are there any restrictions on the passage of the game? The developers prefer to say that there is no limit on the number of levels, but we consider it necessary to make a reservation. There is a character level limit, but it is very high and unattainable under normal conditions, and even more so during the first playthrough. As for the skill limit, it also exists. So, pumping the Endurance characteristic is not possible over 40.

Tips for character development can be viewed in the video:

What is the Humanity parameter and what does it affect? This parameter is used to restore the human form, which grants the character additional features. In particular, it increases the chance of various items falling out, increases resistance to spells, and allows you to invade other people's worlds.

An example of using this humanity parameter:

(a small example at the very beginning).

How can I replenish the character's health? The first and most obvious way is to rest by the fire. You can also use first-aid kits or heal wounds with miracles, artifacts, and special items.

How to use magic? In order to master magic, you first need to pump the Attument parameter to 10. After that, you will have one magic slot. In the future, when pumping Attument, you will receive more and more slots. To use this or that spell, you must pick up the occult symbol of your school.
