Class Halls in the Legion are unique areas for working with artifacts, completing tasks, and communicating with people of the same class.

1. How to get to the Class Hall.

For the vast majority of classes in the game, access to the Stronghold will be via portals scattered throughout Dalaran.
  • Druids, mages, death knights and monks - can move under their own power - Hall of the Guardian, Dreamwalker, Death Gate and Spirit Journey
  • Demon Hunters will need to first use Glide to get to a small island near Dalaran where a portal can be found. If the planning is knocked down, you will be picked up and dragged by some kind of gargoyle.
  • A special network of airways is available for hunters. To send to the Arrow Shelter, you need to find Talua and talk to her.
  • Paladins will need to get to Light's Hope Chapel, or use the teleport in the faction's quarter.
  • Priests can only access the portal in the faction quarter.
  • Rogues know better than anyone where a crooked path can lead them. Therefore, they need to go to "Great Goods" (52 69), "Tanks are our everything" (45 29) or "A hundred more" (53 33). In these establishments, you should look for hidden doors.
  • The Shaman's Portal is located in Kras's site.
  • Warlocks should look for a portal along the road to the Underbelly.
  • Warriors in each location should look for Valkyr, near which they can use the Jump to Skyhold ability to transfer to the Stronghold.

2. Is there any profit from Strongholds?

Each Stronghold gives its class certain in-game advantages:
  • Robbers will be able to visit the representative of the Black Market, and find a toy Suspicious Box
  • Demon Hunters and Warlocks can add a new pet to their collection - Hateful Eye
  • Warriors are allowed to battle each other in a special arena and receive a Stormforged Vrykul Horn toy for victory.
  • Druids get the ability to quickly get to some blooming locations. The Dreamgrove is home to two pets, the Nightmare Lasher and the Woodsling.
  • Shamans in their Stronghold play a totem version of Light's out. The winner will be rewarded with a Lava Fountain toy. If you search, you can find a new pet - Snowfang.

3. What to do in the Stronghold?

The stronghold is used as a base for upgrades, leveling and completing quests:
  • Complete class hall missions. These missions can be completed much less frequently than Draenor Garrison missions. But the rewards are definitely worth the fulfillment. For the mission Reconnaissance in Darkheart Thicket, you can get the Vial of Toxic Blood quest item, which takes the character to the dungeon. Here you can also get Champions and Units to complete missions in the Stronghold.
  • Visit the Quartermaster to purchase the Bastion armor set, transmog weapons for armor upgrades, and some shapeshifting items.
  • Here you can also communicate with other representatives of the class of both factions.
  • Working with the Artifact: You can increase your strength and learn talents anywhere, but you can change the appearance of the Artifact only in the stronghold.
  • You can reset the Artifact talent points only in the Stronghold.
  • Start researching a mob to increase Artifact Knowledge.
  • After clearing the Mythic+ Dungeon with the Key within the allotted time, next week you will be able to find a reward in your chest in the Stronghold.
  • And, of course, you have to complete unique class quests to learn more about your character's lore.

4. Armor sets in the Stronghold

Each class can earn an eight-piece Stronghold armor set. These sets are similar to the collections that can be obtained from Challenge Mode in Mists of Pandaria, but of course with a few differences.
Different parts of the body kit are obtained different ways:
  • The helmet is obtained by completing a simple task Stronghold at level 110.
  • To get the breastplate, you need to complete the Stronghold campaign.
  • Leggings can be obtained by defeating the last bosses in eight Legion dungeons.
  • Shoulders awarded for Exalted by the Nightfallen.
  • To get the belt, you need to earn 100,000 Artifact Power.
  • Boots are only given to players revered by any two factions of the Broken Isles.
  • Gloves - for Honoring the Nightfallen.
  • To get wrists, you need to hire six Champions in the Stronghold.
Each item in the collection can be upgraded to item level 840:
  • Up to 820 - Small armor pieces for 500 Order Resources .
  • From 820 to 830 for Armor Pads at 2000 Order Resources.
  • From 830 to 840, you will have to fork out for Large armor plates already for 4000 Order Resources.

5. How to upgrade Stronghold?

Class Hall resources are also used to upgrade the Stronghold Talent Tree, which consists of five Tiers. In the first four you always choose between two talents, and in the last one you only have one talent, but what a talent!

Tier 1 requires level 100, 50 resources, 2 hours of research, and allows you to choose between increasing the chance of completing the first Bastion mission per day or increasing the chance that the quest reward will be upgraded.
- The second tier is also interesting - you need level 105, 500 resources, 4 hours of research, and can help open the hidden appearance of the Artifact. You can choose between a special class talent and an increased chance of completing a mission.
- Tier 3 requires level 110, 1000 resources, 7 days of research. You can choose between the number of units to hire and the ability to order equipment for Champions.
- The fourth tier requires level 110, 10000 resources, 10 days of research, and gives talents that strengthen units.
- Tier 5 requires level 110, 12500 resources, 12 days of research. But you will receive one Seal of Broken Fate, two talents that can be spent to instantly complete the Quest on the World Map, an enhanced helper, or additional resources when completing World Quests with Champions.
- Tier 6 - level 110, 15,000 resources, 14 days of research. But the reward is worth it - you can equip two legendary items at the same time. And this shooting range must be obtained to open the third relic slot in the Artifact.

And yet, for a fee, you can change the selected Talent.

In general, the picture turns out to be very tempting and very confused: do you want more game goodies? So you have a direct road to the Oplot!

Class Halls in the Legion are separate zones for each class, where players can improve their artifact and develop the stronghold itself by completing quests related to it.

How to get into the class hall

Most classes can enter their stronghold through portals located throughout Dalaran. Moreover, for each class there is a separate portal that cannot be used by characters of another class:

Where are the portals located?

  • For priests and paladins: in the hall of the Alliance / Horde;
  • For shamans: on the airfield;
  • Demon Hunters use Glide to reach one of the islands near Dalaran;
  • Rogues can enter their stronghold through secret passages found in some buildings in Dalaran;
  • Warlocks: portal next to the Underbelly;
  • Hunters: through a special gryphon flight network;
  • Death knights, druids, monks and mages can create portals themselves.

Halls of each class

  • Rogues - Hall of Shadows
  • Paladins - Sanctuary of Light
  • Warlocks - Dreadscar Rift
  • Warriors - Sky Fortress
  • Death Knights - Acherus
  • Demon Hunters - Corrupted Hammer
  • Druids - Dreamgrove
  • Hunters - Steady Shot Guard
  • Mages - Hall of Defenders
  • Monks - Temple of Five Dawns
  • Shamans - Whirlpool
  • Priests - Temple of Light

Each class hall will have some unique features.

For example:

  • Rogues have an additional NPC to access the Black Market Auction.
  • Druids in the stronghold have portals to the main natural locations.
  • Warriors can arrange duels in a special arena.

Class Hall Armor Sets

For each class, there are unique 8-piece armor sets that can only be purchased at the class hall. These sets are similar in appearance to the Mists of Pandaria challenge mode sets, but there are some minor changes.

Each part of the kit is obtained in a different way:

Additionally

The content in the Legion class hall is such that it encourages players to get out of the stronghold into the game world more often (unlike the Draenor garrisons).

class quests

As the character progresses in the stronghold, class quests open. They tell important events and shed light on the history and fate of the class in the Legion.

Class Hall Missions

Missions in the stronghold appear less frequently than they did in the garrisons. In addition, new missions encourage players to move out of the stronghold and into the game world.

For example, the reward for completing a mission in a dungeon is not a thing, but a quest item. To get a reward for it, you need to go to the dungeon yourself and complete the quest.

Other

There is something like a "technological development tree" of the class hall: in order to improve and pump the stronghold, you need to spend . This will give certain improvements to the character and allies, and also open additional features artifact customization.

I would like to hear your opinion on the class halls in the Legion? How are they better or worse than Draenor garrisons?

You may have noticed that there is some confusion in the Alliance and Horde forces right now - a mess in the ranks of the leadership. AT add-on World of Warcraft: Legion, you will have to take charge and find a way to rally your people against the demons that threaten all life on Azeroth. To save the world from destruction, you will travel to the Broken Isles. Here you have to team up with other representatives of your class (regardless of their faction) and oppose the Burning Legion.

Every class needs a home: a sanctuary where heroes can find support, and a war meeting room where battle plans can be drawn up. In the Legion expansion, this home will become your stronghold - a stronghold unique for each class, where together with you the heroes of the world of Warcraft will try to repel the armies of the Burning Legion that invaded the Broken Isles.

How to get into the stronghold of warriors in the Legion?

For the first time, a messenger is invited to the stronghold, who will warn of the danger of the Legion's invasion and tell you how to get to the Stronghold for an audience with its head. But, if you forgot where the entrance is or accidentally teleported to another city, it becomes difficult to return.

The entrance to the Warriors' Citadel is located in Dalaran at Kras's Landing. (where there is a palette or a master of griffins in a human way). Warriors do not have any spells and abilities to return to the stronghold, unlike druids or magicians.

To go to the stronghold, you need to go to the valkyrie , which hovers above the Krasus platform next to the falling light from the heavens. Enter the circle of light and press the button , which will appear in the middle of the screen (extra button).
