Mods for tanks inflicted damage. Display of damage dealt and blocked

The results of the battle in terms of experience and silver depend on the usefulness of the player in battle. One of the indicators that affect the outcome of the battle and the reward for it is the damage done. A simple counter makes it easy to monitor effectiveness and evaluate your usefulness in battle even before it is over.

Mod on the damage counter fixes the result of each successful shot and its result. Based on this information, you can also calculate the WN8 and RE rating per battle, which is also useful for evaluating your effectiveness. The mod can be installed in one of four configuration options:

  • V.1 - detailed information about each shot and the damage inflicted in general
  • V.2 - totals and averages, as well as ratings per battle
  • V.3 - also a detailed log, which differs from the first version in the color scheme and arrangement of elements
  • Minimalistic - shows only the amount of damage dealt for all shots. This configuration is available in three colors - white, teal and green.

This is how the minimalistic version of the damage log looks like:

The green number at the top of the screen is damage. The second version of the log also shows the final value, but also contains an indicator of the number of penetrations, average damage per penetration, and the result of the last successful shot:

Closer to the right corner of the screenshot you can see the dynamically calculated WN8 and RE ratings. The green figure shows how much more damage has been done in the current battle than the average for this combat vehicle.

The detailed V.3 damage log looks like this:

Updated for WOT 1.6.0.0. A mod that shows in real time how much damage you have dealt in battle against illuminated vehicles. Very clearly demonstrates your contribution to the victory of the team.

Battle damage log

This modification is essentially a lightweight one, from which everything superfluous was cut out. That is, this is a damage log, but without a reindeer gauge.

Who is this mod for?

  • for those who do not need the bells and whistles that offers full version XVM;
  • who had a standard reindeer meter heavily planted performance ( this mod does not reduce FPS, verified!).

How to install?

Copy the configs folder to \World_of_Tanks\mods\. Copy the remaining folders and files to World of Tanks\mods\1.6.0.0.

What does the mod look like in combat?

A few lines are added in the upper left corner:

The description below is not up to date yet, as the structure of the mod has changed!

Is it possible to change the position of the block? Yes, you can, it's just that I still have , so it's more convenient for me to display my damage from above. To change the location, open the file:

F:\Games\World_of_tanks\res_mods\xvm\configs\@kodos\ hitLog.xc

You can do it with my favorite Notepad++. To move the block, change its coordinates, in the file this is this part:

"x": 235, - horizontal (negative values will push the block to the right side)
"y": 25, - vertical (negative values will push the block to the bottom)
"w": 600, - width
"h": 400, - height

By default, the mod displays the last 3 tanks you damaged. To increase this value, change the following parameter in the same file.

But since not all players want to install this complex mod, a simplified one was developed, which is presented here. And you can download it for free without registration from the official website at the link below.

The damage counter, unlike XVM, does not affect the FPS. Some variants of the damage log have a negative number (for example -1125) - don't worry, this is just a feature of calculating the average damage of the current tank across the server. It will be presented in 3 versions:

The first option when you press ALT will show you a detailed hit log. There are also minimalist options:

Minimalistic (shows damage for the last shot):

How dealt and blocked damage is displayed

Now, in order to perform some LBZs, it is necessary to know the amount of damage dealt and blocked. It displays on the screen, in the upper left corner, the amount of blocked and inflicted and damage:

The mod is configured here: World_of_Tanks/res_mods/configs/DamageLog/.

  • Blocked.cfg - responsible for displaying blocked damage;

PiJey77, Dark_Knight_MiX

We are all well aware of such an excellent mod for World of Tanks, as the display of the damage you inflicted on the enemy. Quite a long time ago, such a mod was part of a complex XVM mod, which some players liked to eat FPS decently. We present you a single damage mod without any XVM, i.e. FPS drops now you can not be afraid.

Let's warn you right away, in some versions of the mod, the displayed damage at the beginning of the battle starts with a negative number (for example, "-1230"), which shows your average damage on the server on which you are on this moment and is intended to calculate your overall effectiveness in combat.

The first modification option displays detailed information about the inflicted damage, respectively, is displayed only when you press the "ALT" key. Minimalists will love this simple and easy to understand damage log. The second option is even more minimalized, and the third one is very similar to the first one, but its main difference is the color scheme.

If your PC is, to put it mildly, "weak" and unable to feed the glutton XVM-mod, but at the same time you want to know how much damage you have done, then this mod is just right for you!

Updated damage counter for World of Tanks

Based on the damage logs presented above, we will also present to your attention a completely different version of the mod, which, in addition to the damage done, will also show the nicknames of those you killed and how many times you hit. It does not affect the FPS, so this mod will not cause problems for comfort.

Display of damage dealt and blocked

After installing this mod, during the battle, a small log will appear above the ears of your team, which will show the damage dealt and blocked by you. A very useful mod if you play on such monsters as Mouse, E 100, IS-7, or perform LBZ for tanking.

Installation: Install the font, then select the option and copy the "scripts" folder to World of Tanks/res_mods/0.9.17.0.2/

If, after installing the modification, the damage counter is not displayed, or it is not displayed in the right place, then perform some actions: open the file located at World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.17.0.2\scripts\client\mods\MultiHitLog\CONFIG.json find the line "WindowKeyList":[ and further ("xAlign": "Normal", "x": 220 are the X coordinates, a little further in the same line "yAlign": "Normal","y": 9 , - Y coordinates. Then change them as convenient and save the changes, then restart the game.

Description:

The developers have already built a couple of mod features into the game, for example: a smart mini-map from XVM and a reload timer, but their hands have not yet reached the damage counter. And a lot of tankers want to have this mod, because it is very convenient to know the amount of damage dealt immediately in battle. Until this is done, there are several mods that allow you to add a damage counter to the game:

  • XVM mod for WOT
  • simple damage counter that works without XVM for 0.9.15.1

It is the second option that will be presented here. After all, the first option may not be suitable for everyone, because in addition to the damage counter mod itself, it also installs a package of others, such as: a smart mini-map, a light indicator, modified vehicle markers and other goodies, which, although they can be disabled, they will still be drop FPS a bit. And why put yourself something that you will not use if you can install the desired mod separately.

The damage counter that works without XVM will not affect the FPS in any way, and with its installation you will not receive unnecessary modifications. Some variants of the damage log have a number with a minus (-1285) - this is an indicator of the average damage of the current tank across the server and is used to calculate your efficiency rating in battle, which you can immediately see. It will be presented in 4 versions:

The first option when you press ALT will show you a detailed hit log. For lovers of minimalism, there is a very simple damage log displaying only total amount damage per battle:

Turquoise:

If you are the owner of a weak PC or just do not like the XVM mod, but want to have a damage counter in your game, be sure to install this mod for yourself.

New damage counter for WOT 0.9.15.1.

Despite big choice counters, we decided to add a completely new version of it, which, in addition to the damage dealt, will also display the nicknames of those you killed, as well as the number of penetrations. It looks quite minimalistic and stylish. Does not affect FPS in any way and is compatible with other mods.

It is located in the upper left corner and has an excellent settings file with which you can customize it for yourself: change the color of the text, completely change the displayed information, and so on.

Mod setting:

You can find the mod configuration file here: World_of_Tanks\res_mods\0.9.15.1\scripts\client\mods\HitlogAnnouncer.json.

Damage dealt + Blocked:

Some time ago we added a counter for dealt and blocked damage, but then removed it, because this is a slightly different mod. But after reading your comments, we decided to return it back and support it with each update. It will display on the screen, in the upper left corner, above the ears, the amount of damage dealt and blocked by the player. It looks like this:

The mod is configured here: WOT\res_mods\configs\DamageLog\.

  • Blocked.cfg - responsible for displaying blocked damage;
  • Damaged.cfg - responsible for displaying the damage done;

Installation:

Copy the scripts folder to WOT/res_mods/0.9.15.1/.

If after installing the mod you do not see the damage counter, change its location?

  2. Find the line "WindowKeyList":[ and further ("xAlign": "Normal", "x": 220 are the X coordinates, a little further in the same line "yAlign": "Normal","y": 9, - Y coordinates. There can be several such lines with coordinates.
