Minecraft mod that shows the name of the blocks. Mods for World of Tanks. Needed and not so Games. Information panel of the selected target

Breaking down one of the most popular modpacks and finding out which mods are really useful and which ones just pretend to be.

"There are never too many mods" and "Mods don't affect performance" are two misconceptions that are common not only to gamers World of Tanks. Indeed, the temptation to install a bunch of different modifications that at first glance seem damn useful is great, especially for beginners.

Yes and seasoned players, accustomed to a certain set of additional options, are not willing to give them up, even if these options are frankly outdated and have lost their former relevance.

In this regard, the question arises: is it really for successful game in WOT need a bunch of modifications? Let's try to figure it out by laying on the operating table latest modpack from one of the most popular watermakers (Jova), and carefully decomposing his insides into three piles according to the degree of usefulness for an ordinary player: minimal, medium and high. Let me explain that I consider useful mods that help the player to destroy as many opponents as possible and stay alive for as long as possible, without devouring a bunch of system resources and without distracting their appearance from the main action. Of course, I leave out the various hangar decorations and other rubbish. Only gameplay mods designed to help directly in the game itself will be considered. Of course, such a division is designed more for beginners, but it will not be out of place for experienced tankers to think about whether everything installed mods really so necessary.

Sights, information circles, art. sights

From the scope, which we look at almost most of the time, in fact, only one thing is required - the presence of a point to which, theoretically, the launched projectile should go. And since absolutely any sight has it, you should not think too long about the choice, but simply choose the one that seems more convenient.

Minimalistic or with a lot of additional information, none of them will add accuracy to your weapon anyway. The only important information that really helps in combat is the display of the projectile flight time to the target when playing on an ART SPG. So if you are an artillery gunner, installing a third-party sight is mandatory for you, in other cases you can completely get by with the standard one.

Team HP

Simple and informative, at first glance, stripes general level Team “lives” can hardly be called really useful. After all, the amount of HP in itself does not mean anything. Much more important is not how much HP your allies and opponents have, but what kind of tanks they are, what equipment is installed on them, what kind of crew they have and, in the end, which players control them. So relying on this mod and somehow changing the battle tactics based on its testimony is at least not reasonable.

Removing dirt in sniper mode

Frankly, I found out about the presence of dirt when switching to sniper mode after I saw this mod. And it would be fine if it interfered with the view, and a tank battery or at least one tiny tank could fit behind its layer, but ... There is not much dirt, really not enough. In general, a useless mod for lovers of perfect cleanliness.

Disable scroll inertia

Sharp and fast zoom with the mouse wheel. Differences from the standard zoom speed are minimal. Useless mod. Disabling shooting at own and corpses An absolutely unnecessary mod that deprives the player of the opportunity to send an inadequate ally to the hangar. Of course, such cases are not so frequent, but if an ally shoots at you, props you up, or deliberately interferes with the game and the victory of your team, then there is only one way out in such cases - to annihilate the inadequate. And to voluntarily refuse it is simply stupid.

MeltyMap Armor Calculator

Another mod that seems very useful at first. It shows at what angle you need to put the hull so that the enemy has to break through as thick a layer of armor as possible. On paper it sounds beautiful, in fact - the calculation of the armor is very approximate, and turning the body, looking for the necessary numbers at the bottom of the screen, in the heat of the fight is once and inconvenient. It is much more convenient and easier to put the car with a diamond “by eye” yourself.

Increasing the display time of the "6 sense" light bulb

Makes the detection lamp burn for a whole 10 seconds, after which your car, theoretically, leaves the “light”. In practice, this is far from always the case, so it’s easier to learn how to count to ten yourself than to litter the client with another useless mod.

Circle 15 m from the tank

Perhaps the most useful of the useless mod, which, by pressing F9, draws a circle around the tank with a diameter of 15 meters. Allows you to more accurately position your car behind the bushes and shoot at opponents without "illuminating" it. Useful only for beginners and those who cannot measure 15 meters by eye.

Extended auto-aim display

Paints the hull of a tank that is auto-aimed with a bright color. It will help you not to forget which tank you are going to “carousel”, breaking into the enemy ranks at the very beginning of the battle.

Improved projectile indicator

The number of remaining shells is now shown in large, clear numbers. Informative? - Yes. Is it possible to do without it? - Easily.

Additional server sight

There are legends that the server sight allows you to shoot more accurately and increases the stat. Fans of this theory can turn it on in the game settings. Doubters - install this mod and play with two sights at the same time. Why not?

Do not turn on the handbrake in sniper mode on anti-tank and tanks without a turret

Another useless mod for those who don't understand why his AT, when switching to sniper mode, stands rooted to the spot and does not turn at the command of the mouse. x, x! The "X" button puts and removes it from the handbrake.

Disable red flash when taking damage

Makes getting hit less intimidating and distracting. Increases the chances of missing a couple of inconspicuous buns from an accurate opponent.

Respawn information instead of prompts when loading a battle

In theory, it helps to plan your initial actions already during the loading of the map. But if you are not able to do this directly at the beginning of the battle, then maybe you should not play these "Tanks"?

Information panel of the selected target

Various panels for beginners that show the characteristics of the machine that the scope is aimed at. It is very useful, but as a rule, there is no time to look at and read them in battle. Moral: you need to study the performance characteristics of vehicles and their weaknesses before, and not during the battle.

Combat Chat

Automatically sends phrases to the chat on your behalf, such as "I lit up!!", "I got hit!!" etc.. If you play randomly, then in 99% of cases, no one cares about you and the fact that you lit up. If in a platoon, then there should be voice communication. Conclusion - another useless mod.

Visibility increase

This mod removes foggy haze from all maps and increases the range of drawing objects, of course, without changing the viewing range of your car in any way. It can either raise the FPS due to a one-time download of the entire map, or drive it below the level of the city sewer.

Focus/protection icons

Special icons that appear above vehicles with less than 25% durability. Created solely to draw attention to machines with a small amount of HP. They have no practical use.

Light markers "in the ears" of the opposing team

The mod reports the exposure of enemy players by the appearance of special icons on the right side of the screen. Why is this needed, when looking at the minimap you can see not only the illuminated enemy, but also his location, is unclear.

Disabling camouflages and inscriptions

Disables visual display of camouflages and inscriptions. It may come in handy for those who cannot see the green camouflaged tank on the green edge.

Turn off dynamic camera shake

After installing this mod, the camera and scope will stop shaking in unison with your tank when you rush over potholes and bumps. Terribly useful stuff. It's in the game settings if you don't know.

Signatures for tanks, the location of the tanks missing from the light

An extremely useful thing that increases the information content of the minimap by at least 1000 percent. Fully implemented in game client, turns on in the settings and eats up much less resources than a mod.

Camera Direction

Another mod that has become useless, indicating the direction of your camera on the minimap. A similar "pointer" is again there and is included in the settings.

Rangefinder correction

As you know, the detection system in WoT is such that an enemy tank that you can clearly see in your sight at a distance of a couple of hundred meters can simply disappear. And a shell fired at the place where he had just stood may not fly into the tank at all, but into the void that formed behind him. This mod allows you to avoid such situations and send shells even to the "disappeared" tank, or rather, exactly to the place you were reduced to. Healthy.

Improved enemy armor calculator

On the vast majority of sights, the central marker of the circle of information changes its color depending on the thickness of the armor. If you aim at a heavily armored part of the tank, then the marker is red, if weakly, then green. After installing this mod, not only the thickness of the armor, but also the angle of inclination will be taken into account, which will allow you to more accurately assess the likelihood of penetration.

Elevation angles

Small but useful markers showing the maximum possible travel of the gun, without rotating the hull. Significantly simplify the game on tank destroyers and ART SPGs.

Damage panel

Various damage panels can not only look more concise than the default panel, but also show information about hits on your car. Who fired what projectile, whether it pierced or not, and how much damage it inflicted - information that will not be superfluous in any way.

4-stage sniper scope x16, x25 (5 stages)

Mods that increase the magnifying power of sights. Useful when shooting at long ranges and when aiming at weakly armored points.

Skins with penetration zones

clearly show weak spots tanks and where to shoot to damage modules or crew members. A very useful mod for beginners and not only.

HP in the ears

Unlike the useless mod that shows the total number of team HPs, this mod shows the HP of each individual vehicle, which allows you to much more accurately assess the situation on the battlefield and plan further actions based on the specific situation.

Personal damage log

Being aware of how much damage you have dealt in the current battle is always important, both for purely selfish reasons and for certain combat missions. Therefore, the installation of this mod will not be superfluous.

Colored hit decals

A very useful mod that paints the places where shells hit in bright red (penetration) and green (non-penetration) colors. It helps to visually learn about where it is useful to shoot, and where it is not necessary.

Firing direction indicator

Of course, the indicator of the direction of fire is already in the game, but in my opinion it is too vague and uninformative. I advise you to use more accurate indicators that clearly show the side from which they are firing at you.

Crit bell and fire siren

Two small but quite useful mods. The first one will report that your hit damaged enemy modules or crew. The second wild howl will make you slap the fire extinguisher button as quickly as possible during a fire.

The directions of the trunks on the minimap in the drawing square

Partly a cheat mod, if possible, mandatory for installation. In World of Tanks, knowing and seeing where the barrels of your opponents and allied art are pointed is not only useful, but very useful. In fact, this mod gives a serious advantage over those who do not have such a mod installed.

Nearest Enemy Indicator

Another modification, the usefulness of which is undeniable. Real eyes in the back of your head: concise markers that indicate the nearest enemy that is out of your line of sight. If the marker is green, then you are protected from a direct hit. If red, the enemy can deal damage. Strongly recommended for installation.

Camera zoom

A simple mod that allows you to move the camera away from the tank as far as possible and strategically assess the situation on the entire battlefield. Or look behind houses and buildings, which is simply impossible with a standard distance.

NoScroll

Another camera-related mod that blocks the ability to switch to sniper mode with the mouse wheel (how annoying!). After installing it, any tanker, young and old, is guaranteed to experience a feeling of joy and satisfaction.

"White corpses" of tanks and white downed caterpillars

The “white mods” allowed, but not approved by Wargaming, help to navigate the battlefield much better. the white caterpillar will be visible for many meters, even without zoom.

"Olenemer" and asterisks of the danger / usefulness of the player

Main mod all I World of Tanks, of course, is necessary, important and useful. Even despite the fact that, like any component of a complex XVM mod, it eats up quite a few system resources. But if you are confident in the power of your PC, install it without hesitation. Knowledge of "skilledness" or "crustaceans" helps to predict the actions of both opponents and allies. And "Olenemer" very kindly provides this knowledge. Well, utility stars, which color indicate the level of skill, and are located on the life bar of each player, perfectly complement the mod, making it as informative as possible.

As you can see, my list of really good mods with a high degree of utility turned out to be not that big. Does this mean that all other mods are not worthy of a place on your hard drive? - Of course not. That's what mods are for, so that everyone can adjust and customize the game just for themselves, to make it more convenient. And if you cannot imagine your existence without the armor calculator from MeltyMap, then in no case do you need to part with it. The main thing to remember is that fashion is not a goal, but only ways to help achieve it.

P.S. You can download the modpack discussed in the article from this link. To install, you just need to run the downloaded file and check the boxes next to the desired mods.

Mods that many gamers liked! Many players ask about this mod, where can I find it? If you can’t find it anywhere in previous assemblies, so we decided to talk about this very modification and, in the meantime, add something from ourselves.

A global mod that primarily affects the progress of marks in a particular battle.

The progress of marks in the battle, for more information about the mark, you should go to the Hangar. The system calculation itself includes the following data: damage + assist - team damage. Assist - is the largest number in the light, it is designed to stun on the harp. It is worth noting that the first battle on a tank in a particular battle is always inaccurate.

Mod installation process

To begin with, we download the mod itself, and then we open the contents and throw it into the root of the WOT game.

Separate information
Some beginners who have never heard of such a mod have practically no information on it, and how they themselves are calculated. But in the meantime, there is a brief information on it, this is quite enough for a novice player to be able to get his cherished three - marks on all his machines. After that find out brief information about your numbers, it will become much more convenient and easier. The content of the modification itself is divided into several conditional parts, each of which reveals its own important aspect, what is needed for the marks themselves and where they come from.

Development Trees

 • Thanks to this characteristic, the player will be able to immediately find out the percentage of his current mark, which can actually be recognized by its unique color (yellow - there is no mark, green - the first mark, turquoise - the second and third mark);
 • For those players who do not have the XVM mod installed, the Mastery icon should be displayed on the tank itself.

Achievements of players on a specific tank

 • The player will be able to see his individual mark on each of his cars from the fifth level, meanwhile, it is worth taking an approximate amount of damage for the required mark percentage ( 65%, 85%, 95%, 100% );
 • This ratio can be found not only on your car, but also from other players. To do this, look at the approximate damage figures for the mark itself (look at last Stand for a particular vehicle)
 • In order to get more detailed information, do not forget to look into the hall of fame, where you can see the numbers for an individual car, including those for the top players.

Dynamic progress in combat

During the battle, all players will pop up an additional window, which the player can move to any convenient place, at their discretion.

Simplified version

Thanks to two numbers, you can find out the following values:
 • Colored - the percentage of the current mark progress in the current battle - it can change from the actions of the 2 - player;
 • White mark number - shows information before the battle.
Mark percentage numbers are able to change color:
 • Red color - if the player leaves the battle or his combat vehicle is destroyed, the mark will immediately fall;
 • Green color - after the battle, the mark grows;
 • Lilac color - data calculation is impossible, you need to spend at least two battles on the car in order to activate the mod.
It should be noted that this modification is not able to subtract damage to invisible opponents, based on this, after the battle, you will receive a lower figure.
It is also worth considering that the modification can be wrong in percentage hundredths.
To successfully activate the mod, in order for it to clearly configure with the system, you need to spend at least two battles.

Extended part of the version

The player will be able to see extended damage information:
 • Colored numbers - damage + assist - team damage, meta which affect the total percentage gap of the mark;
 • White numbers - the gamer must deal a certain amount of damage to match his mark before the start of the battle;
 • Purple Numbers - Deal extra damage in battle, which will give you +1% to the mark. It was 85.16% before the start of the battle, when additional damage is applied it will become 86.16%.
The mark drops if the player deals damage to their ally.
Do not combine different methods of assist damage, at the end of the battle only one mark will be revealed, which was most involved in the battle.

For example: the gamer deals 5000 damage, flares 3000 damage, inflicts 1400 damage, stuns for 300 damage, and hits allies for 4000 damage.

When calculating, the following value will go: 5000+3000-4000 = 4000

Changes:

 • adaptation for 1.5.0.3;
 • updated version from Spoter;
 • added new visual style "Oldscool";
 • added macro (assistCurrent), indicator of what type of assist is in this moment goes into the calculation (light, glare, spam art);
 • fix bugs;

Description:

Mod for displaying the percentage mark on a weapon in battle for World of Tanks 1.5.0.3 A very useful mod for many players that shows the current value of the mark and the possible value predicted by the formula, in order to approximately focus on the possible results of the battle. How to single out a player who knows how to fight, and show everyone that allies need to hold on to him, and enemies need to be afraid? Very simple. Enough to enter decals.

Thus, in one of the updates to the World of Tanks game, “notches” or marks on the barrels of guns appeared, saying that this gamer is capable of a lot on the battlefield. To get the coveted sign, you need to achieve a certain result on a particular tank, self-propelled gun or artillery mount. But with this there are difficulties. How to find out how much more you need to destroy enemies and inflict damage on the enemy in order to see the long-awaited mark?

Now thanks to this cool fashion the player enters the battle and observes the following picture. At the very bottom of the allied team list, an indicator appears in a fairly large font that shows what values are to reach. The percentages of the counter are equivalent to the results of the battle. If everything goes well, then the numbers turn green, making it clear that you need to push and that's it. But the numbers can also turn red. Here, too, everything is clear. put out the light and good luck in this battle can not be seen.

Installation:

Copy the mods folder to the game folder (WOT/), confirming the replacement.

The mods we deserve! AT recent times they are very actively asking for this mod, and it is not found anywhere in popular assemblies, so we decided to tell you about this interesting development.

Global modification for progress marks in battle and hangar by Spoter.

Dynamic progress of getting a mark in battle, in the hangar you can see the average damage required to get a mark.
The following data are taken into account: (damage + assist - team damage), where assist is the largest number from the light, the harp assist and the stun. The first tank fight in a session is always inaccurate.

* How to install?
Download and throw in the root of the WOT game.

Full and complete description and Additional Information:

For many, the information on how the marks are calculated is obscure and not clear, for a small select group, some information is known, often not complete and not accurate, but even this is enough to get the coveted 3 marks on all tanks. Now it has become easier to find out the necessary numbers without complicated calculations and fuzzy rules...
The mod is divided into how many large parts, each of which will show interesting and often important information for understanding how marks are taken and what is needed for this.

1. Development trees:
will show the current mark percentage on the tank and color in which mark is taken (yellow: no mark, green: 1 mark, turquoise: 2 and desired 3 marks: purple).
for those who do not have the XVM mod, it will also show the Mastery icon on the tank.

2. Achievements of players on a specific tank:
You can see on each tank from level 5 the approximate amount of damage to take the required percentage of the mark (65%, 85%, 95%, 100%)
Do the same, but also for other players, and not just for yourself.
The figures are approximate due to the peculiarity of calculating the total damage for the mark (there is data only for the last battle on the tank, the figure is reviewed every day automatically on WOT server).
For the most correct data, you should look into the Hall of Fame for a particular tank for the last month and see the mark numbers for the TOP-3 players.

3. Dynamic progress in battle:
In battle, a simple information window will be available, which, by the way, can be dragged across the screen to any convenient place

_____________________________
3.1 (Simplified version).
- 2 percent digits will be shown. Colored - this is the % progress mark in the current battle - it changes depending on the player's actions and the second white number is the % mark before the start of the battle (what you saw in the hangar before the battle);
- Numbers of % progress mark change color:
Red - the mark will drop if you leave the battle at this moment or your tank is destroyed
Green - the mark after the battle will increase
Lilac - not enough data for calculations, you need to spend 1-2 battles on this tank so that the mod regenerates the values and calculates more or less accurately
- The mod cannot calculate damage to invisible enemies (blinds), so the figure will be shown less than we get at the end of the battle
- The mod is wrong in hundredths of the % of the mark in the calculations, these are the features of rounding the data received in the hangar before the battle
- When crossing the border, for example, from 84.9% to 85.1%, there will be a high spread in the calculation of data from 85.0%, this is due to the equalization factor in the calculation formulas. You need to spend 1-2 battles for the mod to regenerate the calculations.

3.2 (Extended version).
- Will also show additional information on the damage that goes into the calculation of the mark.
first line colored numbers in [brackets] - damage + assist - team damage, these data affect the final percentage of the mark.
the second line is white numbers in [brackets] - the damage that must be done in battle in order to keep the mark that was before the start of the battle.
line purple numbers in [brackets] - the damage that must be done in battle in order to get + 1% to the mark that was before the start of the battle.
For example: it was 87.17% before the start of the battle, to get 88.17% you need to deal huge, purple damage in the current battle.
_____________________________

** For many, even very experienced extras, unknown life hacks about increasing the mark in battle:

You should not inflict damage on allies, the mark from this falls;
- you shouldn't mix different types of damage on an assist (light, stun, stun), only one number, the maximum of all three, will still go to the mark!
Example: The player dealt 4000 damage, illumined 2000 damage, inflicted 1300 damage, stunned for 200 damage, and killed an ally for 3000 damage.

The following figure will go into the calculation of the mark: 4000 + 2000-3000 = 3000

Although many will mistakenly think that it should be 4000 + 2000 + 1300 + 200-3000 = 4500
And it's not true(!), but don't worry, the mod will calculate everything for you, you just have to play.
It's a nice feeling when your team is merged, your tank is destroyed, but the mod shows a nice green number. So it's not in vain, the mark has grown!

Download.

Armor Durability mod for minecraft can be summed up in three words; simple, clear and effective. This is a great mod that will add a very minor improvement to a game that may not seem like much on paper but is actually extremely useful and appreciated by quite a few minecraft players. The mod has been downloaded over 40,000 times and virtually every user has had positive things to say about it. Although yes there have been many different mods like this before, this is only one of these mods that works with minecraft 1.11.2 and 1.10 which makes her different from the rest.

The name Armor Durability and Protection Show mod is enough to explain everything it does. These were mainly intended to show the players the durability of their armor and other equipment at all times. This way you don't have to go through several different tedious menus, just see what your gear's durability is displayed right at the front. The mod displays the stats of your currently equipped weapons next to other equipment details so that all the information you need while playing will always be a simple peek away.

The durability mod seems to be a really polished mod because it won't make you look at all the durability details at all times. If you feel like the user interface is taking up too much screen space, then you can simply press the 'H' key to hide it, and then press the same key to bring it back if needed. The details that the mod shows can be color coded according to your preference, so if you don't like the default white text then you can set the color to make them according to how you like them.
