But if the stalker survived, he will tell you in gratitude about the location of a good cache (cache - container warehouse (9), on a tree. You can jump from the roof). We hand over the task to Mutny.

In camp (2) there will be a stalker who will offer to hunt mutants. If you refuse, this task will no longer be available. It is most profitable to give Ilya Barbos' PDA to Mutny.
In the same camp (2) there is a quest from a merchant to find an anomalous plant. (secretly - for this plant another merchant will give more money, so don’t rush to give it to the first one)

So, Mutny tells GG that the stalkers have gone to Maximilian. And that the GG can not waste time and immediately help the latter. Namely, to take his thing from the bandits.
On the way to the bandit camp we will pass an anomaly. There is a cave nearby (4). There are zombies and a corpse in the cave. We kill the zombies, remove the PDA (Fierce PDA) from the corpse. As we read, it becomes clear who needs it.
We go to the bandits (24). There are two options - either redeem the parcel or take it by force. It's up to you to decide (It's more interesting to kill the brothers)

We meet with Maximilian (5), give the box. Maximilian asks for help in destroying the mercenary camp. It is better to agree, although you can refuse. Let's consider the main option - YES.
We take equipment from the merchant. We take a quest from him to find a helicopter that didn’t even reach the laptop.
We immediately take a quest from the technician to find someone named Gena, who stole the tools. When you find Gena (6), do not rush to kill him - there is no box with him. Gena needs to be wounded and questioned.
On the way to Gena, we search the caves (10) and remove the PDA from the corpse. There's a hint about a good hiding place. Subsequently, the PDA itself can be sold to a merchant (5)
You can also give the technician (5) Lyuty’s PDA with a further simple quest to find the barrel (the cache will appear on the map (8)).
At the same base (5) you can complete a quest from the stalker Arthur sitting in the basement - he will throw some money and an artifact. You don't have to run far, so you can do it right away.
So, we run with Maximilian to place (11). His comrades are already meeting us there.

We clear the mercenary base (9). If Maximilian survived, then we talk to him and he sends us to Radik. If you don’t survive, a mark will appear on the map where Radik is located (12)
We go to Radik, not forgetting to take with us 5-6 units of something edible (bread, sausage, canned food, tea cake...)
On the road, in one of the anomalies (13), lies the corpse of a military man (from the missing helicopter), from whom we take the key.
We meet with Radik and give him the provisions. He says that the guys were captured by mercenaries and held at their main base (14). Gives away the Goonie's PDA. Offers to cooperate - we agree.

We read dialogues about Radik’s plan. And the first thing you need is to get a hiring suit. There is no need to look for it, because... he was in the package that GG took from the bandits.
We run to the stalkers' base (5). On the way we find a fallen helicopter and a box next to it (15). We already have the key - open it and take it. The laptop assignment can be submitted (5).
On the way to the stalkers' base, you can complete the new merchant's quest (9). At least it's worth taking - another cave will become available for visiting.
At the stalkers' base we pick up the mercenary suit. We read the dialogue, look around, recruit another stalker into the group. The two of us go to Radik (12).
We speak with Radik. We carry out an easy task to find a mercenary's PDA.

Now the complete set is a suit and a recruitment PDA. We break through the dense ranks of mutants with Radik’s squad closer to the mercenary camp (16).
The GG must go further alone. We make sure that the GG is wearing the right suit and has a recruitment PDA in his inventory.
We calmly go to the mercenary base (14) - they take the GG for one of their own. We are looking for hostages. When the GG is revealed, we will kill the hires.
If Radik's squad survived, good. If not, it's okay. Only the task itself from Radik will fail, but not the further plot.
We find the leader, search him, take the key to the cell where the hostage and Experienced’s PDA lie. If the hostage Fyodor survived, then open the door and watch the cutscene.
We're in no hurry to leave. Further from the base along the path there will be an anomaly, and a homeless person will live nearby (17). We carry out his task, we get a “compass” - it will come in handy.

In search of the Coward we find the Svoboda base (18). We talk with the main one. We read the dialogues. We speak with Tesla and complete his quest to find the missing items - a “compass” (already there) and a microcircuit.
The microcircuit is in the possession of Oleg, who is hiding not far from the containers (19). [lyrical_digression] As my grandmother used to say: “don’t walk down a narrow corridor towards a man with a machine gun”
The safest way to take down Oleg: there is an opening right above him - you can throw something there from the street, for example a grenade.
We take the microcircuit from Oleg and hand over everything to Mishka Tesla (18). He will give a simple task to clear the area - we carry it out.
Next, we go from Tesla to the teleportation place (20). We install the scanner and jump into the anomaly.
We go into the cave, kill the mutants, find the artifact and the corpse of the Coward (do not forget about the detector - there are artifacts there). We remove the PDA. We go back and watch the cutscene.

Everything was taken from GG except the PDA. We run to Maximiliana (9), if he is alive, and tell him about what happened. He will give you the key to his personal box at the stalkers' base and tell you what to do.
If Maximilian is dead, then we immediately break into the stalkers’ base (5), find Volodya there, and get ready. Together with Volodya we take out the Svoboda camp (18). This can be done alone.
We take our things. You can remove documentation on teleports from Tesla’s corpse, give it to the technician at the base (5) and he will tell you what to do (read the dialogues)

Now you need to kill Mutny (2) in order to get to the exit from the Valley. We kill Mutny ourselves or in cooperation with stalkers. When approaching Mutny's base, Grisha will invite the GG to cooperate (21).

Then you can leave the Valley (22), but... there are still quests left - helping scientists. The first one is at the base where the containers are (9). Just for fun, you can combine it with the “guide” quest (22).
After completing the quest about measurements - a line of quests based on stalkers (5). Don't forget about the detector in the cave - there are artifacts there.
Well, for fun you can take tourists around the valley (22).

When we get tired of it, we leave the Zone.

Who doesn't know the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.? Of course, there are no such people. "Stalker" is a game from the last decade that is still popular and has a huge audience. The main indicator that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is still alive, there is a regular release of new mods. Each of them is unique in its own way and adds new colors to the game, expanding the gameplay. The “Stalker: Valley of Rushes” mod was no exception to the rule and opened new world, bringing many satisfied players back to the world of the Exclusion Zone.

Brief description of the mod

The fashion world is limited to just one location, and you can get to places from original game players are not given opportunities. However, “Stalker: Valley of the Rustle” is a game very rich in all sorts of little things. Yes, it only features one location. But it is so detailed and extensive that the player will have plenty of room to roam around.

The mod has added several new artifacts, original and interesting quests, new monsters have appeared. So thanks to the richness of “Stalker: Call of Pripyat. Valley of the Rushes" can safely be called a real full-fledged game, and not a mod.

Plot plot

So the action begins. The plot revolves around the fact that a local artifact dealer, Beard, received an order to search for a very rare and valuable anomalous formation. Ordinary stalkers call it “The Heart of the Oasis.” Beard collects information about this artifact, after which he entrusts the search to three of his friends. Thanks to either irony or the sense of humor of the creators, their names are Dunce, Coward and Experienced. However, according to unknown reasons, they all mysteriously disappear.

The protagonist of the game, stalker Maxim, takes on the task of searching for the missing guys. Max is a seasoned adventurer who decided to save up more money in the Zone before leaving it. The received order should be the last and key one in his life.

First steps

This is how the plot of “Stalker: Valley of the Rushes” begins. Walkthrough of the main storyline takes about 3 - 4 hours. The amount of time spent playing the game depends on the gamer's chosen style. Someone breaks forward in battle, scattering opponents in different directions. Some people choose slow, but safe way, shooting zombies and mutants in small groups and collecting items dropped from them.

Getting into the Valley of Rustles, the protagonist immediately meets two stalkers not far from the cave. A dialogue ensues between them. The stalkers report that there is a certain artifact in the cave, and their friend who tried to get it is most likely already dead. In Max's cave, trouble awaits him in the form of several zombies. Having dealt with them, the main character finds the body of the failed artifact seeker and the artifact itself. Having solved a small puzzle with portals, the protagonist gets out of the cave and continues on his way, taking a few things of the deceased.

New acquaintances

So, the adventures of the brave stalker continue. Having walked a little further, Max finds himself in a small settlement where you can take on a task (get a flash drive in exchange for information about the missing). In general, in terms of the number of interesting quests, there is no better mod than “Stalker: Valley of Rushes”. A compass will be a great help. With its help, it won’t be difficult for Max to find the lair of bandits from whom he needs to take the flash drive.

On the run again

After wandering around the camp a little and completing several side quests, it’s time to go to the aid of Maximilian. After meeting him, the attack on the enemy base will begin. The firefight is quite intense, but it's worth it. After completing the battle, Maximilian will reward the protagonist with a good amount of ammunition, first aid kits and other useful things. However, it will not be possible to obtain any information from him. Instead, Max is sent back to meet another assistant. This time it will be Radik, who needs to take some food.

On the road to Radik's lair there is another camp. In it you can perform additional quests. For each of them, the protagonist will receive a certain amount of money, equipment and ammunition. In fact, it’s worth doing them, because in “Stalker: Valley of the Rustle”, completing the main campaign takes only a small part of the game time. Completing side quests that provide the best rewards is a core part of the gameplay.

The fate of missing friends

Max arrives at the place, which turns out to be a dark cave, where Radik and his soldiers have taken refuge. After talking with him and giving the food he brought, the protagonist finally learns about what happened to the missing stalkers. According to the story, they were in Radik's detachment. However, Coward left the company long before the events occurred. Not having reached their destination quite a bit, Radik’s detachment was attacked. Balbes, unfortunately, did not manage to survive the battle, and poor fellow Experienced was captured along with another comrade.

After such a heartbreaking story, planning for a rescue operation begins. The protagonist offers to help Radik in this situation. But it's not that simple. The operation will not be a classic massacre, but a well-thought-out stealth mission. After destroying several military personnel, removing their uniforms and obtaining a PDA, Max disguises himself as a mercenary and infiltrates the enemy base. The old one is no longer there. His further fate is unknown.

So, another turn of events in the game “Stalker: Valley of the Rushes”. The passage of the next part begins with the fact that the protagonist has to cling to the last remaining thread, which will allow him to find out about the fate of the missing stalkers. Max goes in search of Coward. After talking with some of the main characters, the main character learns that Coward has left to look for an artifact. Apparently, it was the one that Beard ordered for them.

An unexpected new friend

It turned out that in order to get to the plateau to which the Coward went, you need to teleport. To do this, you need to use a special device that was created by a stalker named Tesla. The creators didn’t put much effort into coming up with names for the characters in the “Stalker: Valley of the Rustle” fashion. The further part of the path is made difficult by the fact that part of this device, or rather the microcircuit, was stolen by a bandit named Oleg. Main character goes in search of him.

They manage to find Oleg quite quickly. But winning will be problematic. After all, he is protected by a detachment of mercenaries. And Oleg himself is not going to die, defending himself with a machine gun. However, having defeated the thief, the hero returns to Tesla. He will repair the device and agree to accompany you to the teleportation site and help complete it.

Fate of the Coward

After teleportation, the protagonist finds himself in another cave. It is teeming with various mutants: rats, zombies, and even the controller comes across. After defeating all these many enemies and solving a new puzzle related to the anomalies, Max learns the fate of the Coward. Unfortunately, he died. The corpse of the unlucky stalker lies just a few meters from the desired target. At the end of the cave is the Heart of the Oasis artifact. Poor Coward only needed a few steps to get to him.

However, the same stalkers who helped him get to the cave do not allow him to calmly take the artifact to Beard and fulfill Max’s order. Bandits rob the protagonist right at the exit, taking away all his equipment and weapons. "Stalker" - a game with unpredictable plot twists. But this is no longer an original technique.

Restoring justice

Max has to return to Maximilian for help with a completely empty inventory. Having laughed a little at the carelessness of the main character, the experienced stalker sends him to Volodya “Big”, who can help. In addition, the generous Maximilian gives him his equipment and weapons.

After a short trek, Max meets Bolshoi and his fighters. Volodya, like Maximilian, mocks the failed treasure hunter, but agrees to help. The squad goes to the location of the deceivers who robbed Max. After a small shootout, all the bandits are dead, including the former “friend” of the protagonist Tesla. After searching the corpses, you can, in addition to the “Heart of the Oasis,” find several items related to side quests.

The adventure ends

Afterwards it’s worth wandering around the Zone a little, doing side quests. They are quite varied, as always in the Stalker game: find tools, explore an anomaly, go on a raid on bandits, and the like.

Having saved up money, improved your weapons, completed all the desired quests, it’s time to finish the passage. You can end the game by leaving the Zone through a special passage. There will be no special videos at the end, only a few inscriptions describing the fate of some characters at the end of their adventures in the Zone.

Of course, we can discuss the completion of side quests for a long time, interesting places with caches full good equipment and so on. In addition, there are codes for “Stalker: Valley of Rushes”, thanks to which you can spend several extra hours playing the game, having fun in every possible way.

Summarizing

This mod is one of the most complete, rich, diverse for Lately. In addition, the plot, unlike most others, in this mod is also at its best. The presentation is unhurried, all the characters are in their place, there is no absurdity in the dialogues, there is quite a lot of humor. In addition, the plot is very changeable. It is simply impossible to get bored while walking through the “Valley of Rustles”.

It should be noted that the cut scenes were well done. Although they were created by non-professional developers, but by amateur modders, they were made of very high quality. All of them are well animated, revealing all the key events of the plot. In addition, there are a lot of them, they are rich and pleasing to the eye.

In addition to the plot component, I would like to make special mention of the “Valley of Rustle” location. She is beautiful and harmonious. There are no overpopulated and overly built-up areas, as well as deserted and boring places. There are interesting design solutions at every step. Be it an intricate labyrinth of caves or a complexly built mercenary base.

But the entire community of Stalker fans is looking forward to, if not a continuation, then at least some new projects from the authors of the wonderful mod. In the meantime, you can run through the “Valley of Rustles” a couple more times, discovering new nuances and interesting aspects of this wonderful mod. Thanks to the developers for many hours of wonderful gameplay. Almost any person who starts playing this mod completes it to the end. After all, it’s almost impossible to tear yourself away, given the exciting atmosphere of the game, deeply conveyed by the developers. Everyone is wondering whether “Stalker: Valley of Shorokhov-2” will be released, but so far there is no data about this.
