The protagonist of the modification is a certain tramp nicknamed Klim. Klim arrived in the Zone not so long ago, but with a slightly different purpose: he was attracted not by searching for artifacts, hunting mutants or fulfilling various orders, but by the desire to unravel a long-standing mystery that radically changed his life. Before the 1986 disaster, Klim lived in the town of Chernobyl-1, where, by chance, a few days before the event, he became the owner of information about the accident at the station, which should occur in the near future. And then he learned that this could happen again after two decades. Owning these data, but not really understanding how to treat them, the Klim family nevertheless left the city then. And after a while, the predicted event happened. And already 20 years later, the second cataclysm occurred, which led to the formation of the anomalous Zone. This prompted Klim to return to the once abandoned territory and try to understand the reasons for what happened.

Walkthrough guide

At the start of the game, we see a cutscene where main character modifications Klim falls under the control of the controller and is already almost doomed, and then a shot is heard. We take out the knife, kill the controller and lose consciousness.

After that, we come to our place in the stalkers' bar and talk with Skiff and what happened to you. In a conversation, Skif tells us that we need to go to the Bartender and take a task from him.

On the first floor of the bar we find the stalker Stepanych and talk to him about the task. After we received the task, we go to the point given by it.

Having reached the point indicated on the map, we find a detachment of stalkers and speak with one of the leaders of the detachment and move forward to the anomaly. Having reached the anomaly, we watch the cutscene, collect artifacts and go back to the bar. We hand over the task to Stepanych and go to our old apartment.

In one of the rooms in our apartment we find documentation from 1986. We pick up the documentation, read it, and a request for help comes to us in the CCP from a certain stalker.

Having reached the stalker named Baron, we speak with him and pick up his PDA, after which we pick up his swag and move forward to the bar, to the technician.

Before we go to the technician, we speak with a strange stalker named Falcon and take a task from him, according to which we need to transfer the Falcon's weapons to some kind of stalker in a bar named Khmur. As soon as we give him the gun, a task appears to spy on Khmury.

Having reached the technician, we give him the PDA and go to the bar.

We report to Skiff about what is happening and he says that you need to contact a certain KGB officer.

Behind the bar, near the garages, we find the KGB officer Guevara and talk to him about the case. After the conversation, we get a device from him, documents, a pass and move forward to the shelter.

Having reached the shelter of the Mercenaries, we speak with the guard at the entrance and go inside. We install a listening device near the tables. After installing the device, we go up to the first floor and there we search the cache with a note on the instructions from Stepanych.

After taking the contents of the cache, we go to the bar to Stepanych. We give him the documents and get a reward. Then we go to Guevara.

We report to him about the completed task and he says that he will contact us as soon as there is information. Let's go to the tech.

Having reached the abandoned church, they shoot us in the back from the SVD and we lose consciousness. We woke up already to Skif and he tells us about what happened to us. After the end of the conversation, we notice that Khmur began to move.

Following Gloomy, we get to the church, where he atones for his sins and asks to kill him. We kill him and, if necessary, take his equipment.

After killing Gloomy, we tell everything to the Falcon and he disappears. After that, we go to Skif and tell him about this story.

After everything that happened, we go to the leader of the Duty and ask for help. He says that he agrees to help and gives the coordinates of his squad near the northern supply base.

We get to the point we need and speaks with the leader of the detachment Rook. We kill the guards of the supply base and storm the base. After the end of the assault, the controller enters the base. We kill the controller.

After killing the controller, we report to Rook and set off to storm the shelter.

After cleaning the shelter, we go to the bar and there we talk with Vintorez. He asks to help him with the murder of one stalker. But first, with the help of special equipment, you need to calculate the location of this stalker and then eliminate it.

In the village on the top of the tower we install a special device and get the coordinates of that stalker. But before killing him, we run to help our stalker, who asked to kill his zombie friend. Having reached Prometheus, we speak with the leader of the Monolith in Pripyat named Borlanda and tell him the whole story. After that, he gives us the task of killing a certain stalker who climbed into Pripyat.

At the station we speak with Thor and after that they lead us to be shot. Before you end the conversation, we buy a grenade from him. And our friend Skiff should kill us. He says goodbye to us and says where is the teleport leading to Pripyat.

We run towards the teleport but do not jump to it. We kill a guard with a grenade that stands not far from the teleport and take away his weapon. Then we kill all the other Monoliths.

We take documents from the table of Thor and read it. Then we get out through the teleport to the other side of the station.

There, with the help of dexterity and a bolt, we make our way through the anomalies and exit to Pripyat. In Pripyat we speak with Stepanych and go to the hospital.

In the hospital, we quietly make our way and a new task comes to us, according to which we need to inspect the second floor of the hospital.

On the second floor of the hospital, we meet Borlanda and talk to him. Then we get out of the zone through the buffer zone.

STALKER Chernobyl Chronicles a new plot modification presented on the Stalker Call of Pripyat platform. Main Feature fashion is a new plot content, where the main character this time will be a stalker named Klim. The action of the plot will unfold in three locations, where the player will have to wait for a lot of gameplay changes, a number of unique gaming systems, the presence of cutscenes and the author's voice acting.

ABOUT THE PLOT.

The main character - Klim, an experienced stalker, has been in the Zone for 3 years, mainly engaged in the search and sale of artifacts. Rarely and not with particular willingness, he takes on various tasks, including well-paid ones, realizing that it’s not worth risking the skin once again, and not every customer fulfills his conditions. Klim has a good reputation among other tramps. However, the main character has a slightly different goal, with which, in fact, he came to the Zone. Once, even before the accident, Klim lived in the small town of Chernobyl-1 (near Pripyat). A few days before the disaster, information was spread about a terrible tragedy at the station, which will happen in the near future. And the most surprising thing was that this should happen again in twenty years. Klim, having received a letter with this information, although understanding little, nevertheless decides to leave the city with his family.

A few days later, the predicted disaster occurred. And twenty years later, the second catastrophe occurred, which formed the Zone. Klim decides to return to the once abandoned land, to find his home and that same letter. It described in detail about some anomalies and phenomena. Klim wants to understand what happened, which completely changed the lives of many people, including him. But after the second disaster, the surroundings of Pripyat are full of dangers and it took the novice stalker three years to get used to the Zone.

    The installation program provides the ability to configure some parameters for yourself. In particular: the balance of anomalies, mutants, thin, soundtrack.

    Balance of anomalies and mutants:

    You can choose from two installation options. The first is the standard balance, configuration original game. Here, perhaps, no explanation is needed. The second is a complicated version (book). This does not mean that the book version offers us the ultimate "hardcore". It just within reason makes it possible to "feel the Zone", that is, it contributes to interesting gameplay. Players will have to move to the center of the anomaly with the help of a bolt, get an artifact, sell it, and use the money they receive to purchase and improve their equipment. The balance of trade was also "rethought". It is quite possible to make money on any thing, but at the same time the player will not walk with the best equipment already at the beginning of the game.

    The player can choose the game hood. Two options are proposed: normal (based on the PvM hood with changes) and minimalistic (there is no mini-map, health indicators and the number of rounds take up little space on the screen).
