7. "Siamese twins"

The teams are lined up in columns of two. Participants perform all tasks together, arm in arm. A pair that separates hands receives a penalty point. At the signal, the first couples begin to move, performing the following tasks during the relay race:

- from 2-3 steps, crouching and leaning with "outer" hands, - forward somersault on gymnastic mats; - pick up the rope from the floor and run to the line (5–6 m), rotating the rope with the “outer” hands and making the required number of jumps through it (4–5); - putting the rope on the floor and taking a basketball from the box, run back, dribbling the ball alternately with the “outer” hands.

The second pair performs the same series of tasks, only in reverse order. The third pair starts the task again with a somersault, and so on. The team that finishes the relay first with the fewest penalty points wins.

8. "Running together on three legs"

Several teams are involved. In each of them, divide the participants into pairs, tying each pair of participants with a neckerchief that are close to one another "inner" legs at the ankle. On a signal, a connected pair of participants leaves the start line, makes a turn around the flag located at a distance of 10 m, and returns to the start line, which is also the finish line.
