Arriving at the hotel, we take the elevator to the top floor, where we split up - we go with Egon, and Peter will go himself. While walking on the floor, carefully listen to what the senior comrade-in-arms says - this knowledge will help us in the game. Use PKE (X) to find slug tracks, and it can also be used to find artifacts that pay well. The monster will be at the very end of the corridor, he is hiding behind a bedside table, but finding him is half the battle, unfortunately he is eluding us, besides, Peter asks for our help on the radio and we are forced to help him to find him, follow the arrow in the right corner of the screen.

After saving a friend, we go on a big hunt in the hotel lobby - there will be two messenger ghosts and Lizun himself. I think you know what you need to catch them, but you can also scan them, for this point PKE on the spirit and click LMB, for which we will be given some green pieces of paper that can be spent by pressing Esc and selecting the shopping tab. After catching two messengers, two more appear, this time they are separated - green to the right, postmen to the left, Peter and I will go to the right. Having reached the hall where the stranger hid, we cannot get inside - the evil manager is afraid that we will arrange a pogrom there, of course it would be possible to melt him with a proton, but we will go around, through the kitchen. And in the kitchen, a poltergeist is outrageous, so be careful not to get hit by falling kitchen utensils. Explore the area, and go to the cabinet near the door, the monster will open it for us. In the next room, we reflect the attack of flying fish, but the next door is barricaded, and to clear the passage, move the cabinet with the control beam. Here you need to go left, but if you turn right, then, having reached a dead end, you will find an artifact of a marshmallow scarecrow. Next, we finally go into the hall and catch Lizun.

After Lizun, we meet with our comrades and go to the hidden messengers. I must say, I caught them for a long time, and from my comrades I was confused, like from a goat of milk, but it was interesting (you can also find an artifact in this room, you will find it by going into the room with slot machines, and then follow PKE).

The next target will be Rybak, the same poltergeist who was rowdy in the kitchen. This mission in Ghostbusters will be a little more difficult, but also more interesting. At the beginning of it, we move forward after the car, simultaneously fighting off monster dogs. Ghosts will appear a little further, put them into a trap above the car, gargoyles will appear even further, just fry them with a laser, but in no case use the control beam, otherwise you will die. When you reach a dead end, go into the store and exit on the other side, there you will be taught a new type of attack and you will use it in order to clear the way for the car. In this alley you will find two artifacts - one under the board near the garage, and the second if you turn left towards the bar.

Now there is a great battle for the theater, here you will have all sorts of pickles - from an opera singer to vagabonds, in general, you need to destroy them all. After these "frivolous" showdowns, we start for Zephyr, or rather, he starts for us. We shoot bosons from the jelly and go along the cleared path, in the end, we climb inside the building, where parts from Zephyr again attack us (take a hat on the table, also scan the big man). Then go up to the upper floors using the elevator.

Walk a little along the corridor, look at the running people (just don't shoot at them), and go into the office. At its corner, take an artifact, and then aim at the window on the ceiling - evil spirits will pour out of it. Destroy it and follow Ray, he will lead us to the roof, we will also meet a new female special, along the way, pay attention to the picture in the room of this person. On the roof, shoot the ghosts, and then destroy the sailor, it won't be that hard.

We look at a small insert for the development of the plot and continue the hunt for a transparent woman. We escort this woman to the end of the corridor and she disappears behind the wall, while the door opens behind us, not without the help of the supernatural, of course. We destroy this evil spirits and pass through the opened door. We go down to some kind of children's room, then again to the library on the floor below. Here, behind the door you will find a calendar, and then take the trail of this Lady again, a secret passage will open if you pull the book on the cabinet. Burn the ghosts as they appear and at the end, pulling the book again, we fall into a trap, the result of which will be a showdown with books, and then with a toad-like spirit.

When the librarian slips away from us again, she will make a move, and go into it. After passing it, we find ourselves in some kind of dark room, in the corner of it lies an artifact, but to continue the further path, disassemble the boards on the door using the control beam. Next, we get into the forge, in which two coal golems work, we freeze them and destroy the rotten wall in the corner of the bakery, and then we are given a slug launcher, and with its help we clear the road of black mold.

A pleasant surprise awaits us below - the book of Gozerians will be easy for us to get. However, after she is in our pocket, we will have to work a little, killing the librarian. First, destroy the bookcases spinning around her, and then just destroy the cheat. After the battle, we find ourselves in a parallel world, there will be many teleports in it, you need to select the upper right one in order to teleport closer to your edge. The next teleport will take us to the “mirror” corridor, in it we, alone with ourselves, will hide the villain behind bars, after which we pass through the looking glass and will teleport us to the next station by itself.

When you come across the bridges that have been raised, connect them with the slug thread (3, RMB). Then we climb the shaky stairs to the very top, and not only levitating books will interfere with us, but also the fact that the skeletons of the stairs scatter at different corners of the screen, it will be possible to connect them using the same thread. In general, go upstairs and teleport to the next boss.

This boss will have multiple skins. Go to the end of the path and free the professor from the box, also do not forget the hidden artifact in the corner of the room. Be prepared when the scientist opens the elevator door - ectoplasm will jump out of it and absorb Ray, you can release it if you pour it with mucus, and then put the ghost itself into a trap.

Next, we find ourselves in a large hall, where Ilissa finds a bad mood and she calls on the spirits from the statue, which mercilessly zombify people, releasing them is similar to releasing Ray. We clear the room and go to the opened door, there we repel the attack of the Indian statues, they die well from the shock (2, LMB). The next point of our entertainment will be watching and participating in the American Civil War, in which we act as peacekeepers. After settling the differences, we set out on an active search for Ilissa, but first find a gun-artifact at the site of the battles.

After the civil one, the museum of antiquity awaits us, in it we have to catch flying shards, but before killing them, close the hole in the parallel world with slime. Next, we fall into the trap of evil statues that barricaded our retreat path, but this will not frighten us, since there is a secret door that will swing open if you pour greenery on it, you will find the door itself if you climb the stairs. Now go through the dim corridor, shoot monsters in a huge hall and walk a few meters along the corridor along which frenzied statues run (the talisman is also hidden in this corridor).

After a verbal skirmish, we begin to scan the area. We destroy the obelisk in the center of the room and go down into the tunnel. We pass the tunnel (follow PKE, he will show you the way to the money), then again we destroy the hidden door with slime, and we go to the area with flasks of black slime. Here will be the last battle for the chairman, we shoot him in the yellow eye on his chest, and it is better to shoot from the new collider. When the ghost is hiding, quickly switch weapons to a slime blower and patch holes from which all kinds of creatures crawl. As a result, send the ghost to the next world and go to the station.

When you return to the kitchen, first of all, pour slime on the holes from which the ghosts climb, and only then take on the cooks.

Next, we sit in the elevator and open the witch hunting season. On the top floor, first go to the left corridor, take the screaming toilet in the room, then return to Egon - spiders have already begun to attack him. We go through the spider corridors, in one of them there is an artifact, then with the slime we will find a hidden door to the spider's room, and we are looking for the boss with the help of PKE. It will not be difficult to kill him, but dreary.

The beginning of the mission in Ghostbusters, oddly enough, differs from the prevailing custom, but we will still see the plot. So, while our comrades are talking about how to climb over the pit, we will take a slime blower and pull the crane to the pit with threads, after which we climb up the rails, it is advisable not to get in the way of the trailers. Having risen to the castle, we shoot stone birds and spiders climbing out of the pink hole, then we go down into the green labyrinth to open the main gate to the castle. But after all, you can not get lost in the thickets of plants, but simply take and burn them with a bosonic dart, after which turn the lever that controls the doors with threads.

Inside the castle, the interior resembles a museum of history, but I'm not talking about that, but that it is necessary to finish off the spirits gathered there, and after that the door to the courtyard of the building will open, but as soon as we enter it, we immediately fall into underworld palace. There is nothing interesting in the catacombs, except for wandering through the fetid pipes, leaving which we fall into the sewers. To clean this dump, go to the dirt-regulating gate, then, controlling the flow, put the bolts in place (they are at the edges of the gates), and then clean the collector again, only now from the monsters that have bred in it.

We pass into the hole from which the mold flowed. Now you have to wander a little in search of the right path, but I'm sure that you will find it (like the artifact, in one of the nooks and crannies). At the exit from the labyrinth, we stumble upon Winstone, and pull him out of the sarcophagus. Next, we pass through the workshop for the manufacture of black mass, simultaneously destroying the villain, and we get Igon from the already familiar sarcophagus. Then we sit in the elevator and go upstairs to the boss's lair (when we go up, Peter will somehow miraculously be next to us).

Before awakening the monster, you need to turn off the planetarium, for this, damage the three golden balls on the tower supports with the control beam. When the evil creature wakes up, remove the hat from its head, and then ruthlessly water the monster in the green eye.

The search for the lever will be quite simple, I think it is not necessary to explain it, so I will just say that the lever is lowered by the control beam, and wooden and stone barriers are destroyed by any weapon.

Further, our path will continue with Ray, with him we will once again go around the cemetery around, studying and destroying the monsters we meet, and then at the very end (that is, the beginning), we will see the opened door to the crypts, and we will enter it. In this labyrinth, you should find the key that the witch stole, it will lie at the farthest end of the path. But finding the key is half the battle, you still have to fight off the big green villain, it’s better to fight back with a shocker, besides, the key must somehow be delivered to the place, for this you can use an already boring beam or green threads of mucus.

As you leave the crypts, get ready for fierce and frequent battles. They will pass, of course, and not without benefit for us - the monsters clear the way for us to the car with the remaining comrades, and also brighten up our terrible journey through the cemetery. At the end of the journey, to open the door to other hunters, shoot at the shards on which the pendant hangs.

The next place we visit is the cemetery dungeon, crush everyone and everything in it and get out to open the gate for ecto. In order to open them, you need a little dexterity - catch the stone angel and throw it against the green skull on the gate, and so on three times, after which the car will drive into the courtyard. Further to the car we hook two halves of the next door with threads, and it opens them for us. After these castles, others follow, only they will be much more difficult to open - first destroy the two statues of the sea gods that have come to life, and then insert their horns into the castles with the help of a thread.

Well, here it is, the final battle in our Ghostbusters walkthrough. After unraveling all the plot threads, we again go to the world to the ghosts, where we will kill Shandor. As for the gameplay, you have to use unique weapons and gadgets to hunt ghosts in the glorious city of New York.

The classic film about the eccentric Ghostbusters simply could not be left without a sequel - and it does not matter whether it is a book, a movie or ... Bill Murray and the company decided to postpone the triumphant return (it is scheduled for 2012) for the time being and set about creating a game about their adventures. Dan Ackroyd wrote the script, studio Terminal Reality took over the development and Atari decided to publish this miracle. At your own peril and risk, by the way, because according to statistics, most film license projects do not pay off.

Fortunately, we have something completely different. The third film, as Ackroyd put it in an interview. Actually Ghostbusters: The Video Game- this is what we would have seen back in the eighties, if the necessary technologies existed then. The same faces, the same voices, the same bright characters and sharp jokes - absolutely everything has returned to us, and this is really great news!

The events of the game will start two years after the end of the second film. The hunters have turned around, started advertising and are working tirelessly. Truth, recent times there are fewer and fewer orders, and then a newcomer dragged himself on the very eve of Thanksgiving. But as soon as he opened his mouth to introduce himself, a wave of paranormal energy swept through New York, and Dr. Venkman (Bill Murray) managed to bark that names are useless - he does not want to become attached to the new one.

It is interesting: main character does not say a word for the whole game, and the inscription on the jumpsuit does not change - Rookie, which means "beginner" in translation.

While the court is on the case, Lizun manages to escape from his cage, and in an attempt to catch him, the hunters go to the Sedgwick Hotel. There they are attacked by ghosts from nowhere, and outside the window you can hear the tread of something huge, white, sweet ... Creatures from the ghostly world again broke into ours and want to subdue it and rebuild it at their discretion.

In the scenario of Ghostbusters: The Video Game, there was a place for meeting old friends and foes, and beautiful girl, with which, of course, everything that happens is directly connected, and the mysterious labyrinth of ghosts, and a bunch of pleasant surprises.

The actors gave the characters not only their appearance, but also their voices - their game is really incomparable. The caustic sarcasm of Bill Murray, the intelligent humor of Harold Ramis, the snideness of Dan Ackroyd - without all this, Ghostbusters could be anathema.

It was also important to convey the atmosphere of the films and design the levels accordingly. Terminal Reality, no doubt, succeeded. The main character was sent on an excursion to the historical museum, and to the library, and to the flooded hotel, and to the ghost island. But the most memorable places are the night cemetery, gloomy dungeons, children's classes. Their design is so good that sometimes it becomes really scary: pitch darkness, children's crying, stone rows of graves, a thunderstorm, a silhouette flashing around the corner, creeping footsteps, strange sounds... Damn great!

True, they won’t let us be afraid for a long time: the protagonist spends almost all the time with a partner or partners, and somehow it’s impossible to be afraid in a company. The team spirit is felt not so much because of the same equipment, but thanks to mutual assistance and one cause. If the character stumbles under the pressure of ghosts, the partner will definitely come running and help you up. But if he is knocked down, you, too, must immediately come to the rescue. This is not only mutually beneficial, but also a prerequisite in order to survive on the Experienced and Professional difficulty levels - there should be no problems on Casual.

War by rules and without

"Ghostbusters" turned out to be much more difficult than expected. Dozens of different types of enemies, eight bosses, and just plain sloppy behavior can quickly get you a one-way ticket. All kinds of devils, spiders, wolverines, zombies, stone statues, golems, flying skulls and books, running candles and chests, harpies and a huge bestiary of ghosts are no joke. Even the most harmless ghosts can throw a table or a box at you, not to mention the spirits of former workers who beat with jackhammers, soldiers of the armies of the North and South firing rifles, and operatic primaries deafening with high notes ... And, believe me, this the list of enemies is far from complete - there are many more!

To match them and the bosses, ranging from the almost harmless old fisherman and ending with the Marshmallow Man and the huge Architect of the ghostly world, which evokes associations with the devil. To deal with them, you have to be sophisticated and look for the right approach, whether it's shooting in a single eye or dropping from the roof of a house.

Thank God, there are enough weapons to give a worthy rebuff. Each hunter has four varieties of proton emitter, each of which can be used by two different ways. For example, a blue beam of energy slows down and freezes opponents, and an alternative attack resembles a shotgun - the shot scatters in all directions. Or here's a thing that pours green slime around the area, can shoot sticky and elastic ropes that attract objects to each other.

The war between North and South is in full swing. But I still win!

But the most important weapon is a classic emitter that fires red energy beams. With the help of it, the most important thing is carried out - the capture and trapping of ghosts. When the spirit weakens, a kind of lasso is thrown at him, and a trap is thrown on the floor, into which he sucks the prankster.

And in the arsenal of ghost hunters there is a PKE Meter - a sensor of paranormal energy. With it, you can always find a hidden ghost or a cache with a cursed artifact. For finding the latter they give a good bonus, besides, it is quite unusual to feel like a treasure hunter in some dark basement or sewer system. Among the artifacts there are both really cursed things, like self-igniting portraits, and funny toys, like hunters' cars or Marshmallow Man figurines.

The money you earn can always be spent on improving ammunition: make weapons more powerful, traps faster, and the sensor more sensitive. If you neglect the improvements, then you are unlikely to reach the final.

The horrors of our town

A surreal landscape, flying books - this is what a library looks like in a ghostly world.

For some reason, the government of the ghost island did not send a welcoming delegation.

And I would go from this place to a story about good graphics, beautiful special effects and slightly unfinished textures, and then to a conclusion, but it won’t work. And the thing is that Ghostbusters: The Video Game is one of the most buggy games not only recently, but during their existence in principle. I don’t even know how to explain this - either by lousy optimization, or by the relaxation of the developers, but only the project sometimes manages to slow down even on the Xbox 360, to say nothing of computers. Crashes, terrible brakes, requests to lower graphic settings, overheating of the video card, "blue death", some stupid errors, sharp drop performance - all this can boast of "Ghostbusters".

And to be here the highest score, if not for this unfortunate oversight. At the time of writing, there was still no patch, but we hope it will be released, and then we will deservedly increase the rating.

In the meantime, bugs are dragging the game down, and this is a shame, because otherwise Ghostbusters: The Video Game does not cause any complaints. I would like, of course, a multiplayer mode, like on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but apparently not fate. Or maybe it will be added with a patch? Let's see.

Ghostbusters only at first glance seem easy, but this illusion disappears very soon - literally after the first serious skirmish. You might not have any problems on Casual difficulty, but Experienced and Professional are guaranteed to make you sweat. What to do to avoid becoming a victim of ghosts?

    Try to dodge enemy attacks, especially when you are surrounded, fighting a boss, or countering flying opponents. A couple of strong blows - and the main character will be on the ground, unable to get up and continue the fight. And who needs it? In addition, by dodging in time, you will stun the enemy, and he will freeze for a few seconds, and this is quite enough to cause significant damage.

    Don't forget about your partners: if one of them is knocked down, be sure to run to the rescue. Maybe it will take time, but if you fall, you can definitely count on help.

    Watch the heat level of the weapon and reload in time. No one needs misfires at a crucial moment.

    Never stand in one place - creatures from another world are very fast and accurate, so they may well take advantage of your stop for their own purposes.

    Use the PKE Meter - it not only helps to identify the types of ghosts, but also works as a compass if you get lost. In addition, only this device will help you find cursed artifacts, and after all, they give extra money for them, which are instantly spent on improving weapons.

    If you hear crying, screaming, moaning, singing, or anything else from the same series, you should know that an artifact is hidden somewhere nearby. Sometimes it's worth looking at the ceiling or destroying some cabinet or bar counter - there may well be a hiding place behind them. At each level - no more than six artifacts.

    Fill the pink holes that spawn enemies with the Slime Blower. The faster you do this, the fewer enemies you will have to fight.

Ghostbusters is one of the few games that manages to perform equally poorly on older and modern computers. We have a whole bunch here - brakes, freezes, crashes, a sudden decrease in performance, and even the so-called "blue death".

It is possible and even necessary to fight all this, but get ready for the fact that your nerves will have to endure severe abuse.

The main character has four different weapons, each of which works in two modes, as well as several varieties of ghost traps and a PKE Meter. We will talk about all this now.

Blast Stream/Boson Darts

The very first weapon that turns out to be indispensable until the very end. Blast Stream It is a destructive energy that destroys everything in its path. In the literal sense: tables and chairs turn into chips, chandeliers fall to the floor with a roar, curtains light up, and ash remains instead of wallpaper. Such a little apocalypse. And best of all, it works just as well on ghosts as it does on furniture. A fully upgraded Blast Stream can reduce an enemy's health to a minimum in a matter of seconds, and at that moment a lasso appears on the scene - a beam of energy that binds the ghost and prevents it from escaping (by the way, this feature is useful for moving or throwing objects). Then you "silence" the ghost by hitting it against the walls, floor and ceiling, throwing a trap, and it is sucked inside.

The alternative attack is called Boson Darts. These are large energy balls that cause very large damage. During battles with bosses and strong opponents, it is best to use them. The only negative is that the weapon constantly overheats, but this can be fixed by purchasing the appropriate upgrade.

It is interesting: like the other weapon, the mason collider, this attack alludes to the most notorious project of recent years, the Large Hadron Collider. One of the aims of the project is to prove the existence Higgs boson. In fact, there are also less exotic bosons (an ordinary quantum of light - a photon, for example, also belongs to bosons), but people usually understand this elusive particle as a boson, and the authors probably meant it.

Stasis Stream/Shock Blast

shock blast- a very controversial weapon, which, on the one hand, is practically useless in one-on-one skirmishes, but on the other hand, it is effective against several enemies and bosses. The emitter shoots seven to nine blue projectiles, which do not take away quite a lot of health, but can slow down or even freeze the enemy. Frankly, the last trick is very rare. But given the number of shots it fires, the Stasis Stream can be used as a shotgun against the crowd.

So Stasis Stream the case is quite different. This is the blue beam really can slow down, or even turn the enemy into a block of ice. Unfortunately, this is all that he is capable of - there can be no talk of any damage. But if you are confronted by harpies, you can freeze them in flight, they will fall and break into small pieces.

Slime Blower/Slime Tether

A weapon that pours green slime all over the area - that's what Slime Blower. It copes well with ordinary opponents, but it works best on the creatures of black slime - a viscous substance that has leaked from the other world into ours. By the way, it is absolutely impossible to step into it, otherwise the main character may die. And here Slime Blower comes to the rescue again, with which you can clear the room of mucus.

On a note: sometimes ghosts hide doors from human eyes. To see them, you need to clean the proposed passage. Guess what?

Slime Tether- sticky, elastic, resilient and very durable green rope. By itself, it is completely harmless, but if you experiment ... In last chapter(in the cemetery) the hunters are attacked by stone cupids, which cannot be killed by any weapon. These are perhaps the most serious opponents in the game. So, in order to get rid of them as quickly as possible, it is worth sticking the kids to each other. With a wild cry, they will crash into each other and shatter into pieces.

This trick also works on other creatures, but it's best to slam them into walls or chain them to the floor or ceiling to finish them off. You can also attach one end of the rope to a trap, and the other to a weakened ghost. He won't even blink an eye before he's imprisoned.

Also, Slime Tether is indispensable when you need to turn some heavy wheel or attract plates or even entire islands to each other. Sometimes using this weapon is the only way to get further.

Mason Collider/Overload Pulse

Perhaps the most dangerous weapon in a game that requires good aiming and quick reactions. Mason Collider does not deal damage as such - it is something like a signal fire that needs to be attached to the enemy. This is where the difficulty lies, because none of the enemies linger in place. But if you got...

Mason Collider works in tandem with Overload Pulse. If you managed to attach a beacon, then all charges will automatically fly to the specified address. It doesn't matter where you aim, just shoot. Of course, Overload Pulse can also be used on its own (in this case, you get something like a rapid-fire assault rifle), but the effect will be much weaker.

The ghost trap is an indispensable thing, without which you can’t do until the very end credits. However, before you can calm down the ghost, you need to weaken it and try not to let it out while it is being sucked inside. Naturally, the process can be accelerated by buying fast trap.

There is also a trap called Slam Dunk Trap. It will be very expensive, but with an accurate basketball throw you will send a ghost into it in just a second, and this is very important, especially when there are a lot of enemies around.

PKE Meter

PKE Meter— nothing more than a sensor of otherworldly energy. It works in three modes and glows, respectively, in three different colors.

    Green means that somewhere nearby there is paranormal energy. If you get lost and are trying to figure out where to go next - take PKE and it will lead you to the goal.

    Red- One or more enemies are hiding near you. They can hide in shop windows, vases and other furniture, or they can hide behind walls, in the floor or on the ceiling. In any case, as soon as the PKE turns red, immediately grab your weapon.

    Blue- There is a cursed artifact nearby. The closer you are to it, the stronger the meter will beep. To increase its range, I advise you to buy an upgrade.

Retelling the plot of the 1984 and 1989 tapes is bad manners, so let's talk about interesting details. For example, did you know that "Ghostbusters" was not invented by the director, not by the producer, and not even by a professional screenwriter, but by Dan Ackroyd? Since childhood, he was fond of everything that is somehow connected with the paranormal, so he dreamed of creating a film where ghosts would be given due attention.

Pappy Sargassi

The old fisherman is a rare bastard who strives to shower the main character with his catch. The battle with him takes place in two stages. The first is not difficult - you just need to water the old man with energy from the Blast Stream and dodge his fish throws. Pappy has a bad habit of teleporting, and he can do it non-stop for several minutes in a row. Look both ways so as not to miss the fisherman.

When his vital signs finally drop to almost zero, the old man will fly into the kitchen and create a golem there - a giant from dishes, stoves, sinks and pans. The rest of the ghost hunters will come to the rescue, but the monster will choose you as its target, and therefore it will constantly pursue and try to hit you. There are two options here: either run in a circle and wait until your partners finish him off, or also take part and run away in time.

As soon as the golem weakens, the hunters unanimously tear off its head and Pappy will appear again. All that is required now is to drive him into a trap.

The white monster will climb the building from which the main character is hanging, throwing explosive henchmen along the way. It is advisable to shoot them too, and not to deprive the Marshmallow Man of fire. When he climbs several floors, he will get tired and stop to rest. This is the best moment to launch Boson Darts into it. The enemy will fall, get angry and climb up again. Throw it off three times - and the whole street will be painted in White color, and marshmallow snow will fall from the sky.

Azetlor the Collector

Now the bad butler will go into a trap.

« Bookworm”, as the ghost hunters mockingly call him, turns out to be one of the most dangerous bosses in the game. The collector of rare and old books appears as a ten-meter black figure with a hefty mask on his face. He can set flying books on the heroes, he can launch several tornadoes around the arena, or even grow spikes from the ground.

First of all, you need to clear the mask of black mucus that holds it - use the Slime Blower. When the deed is done, pop the mask off the Collector's face with the Blast Stream and fire several Boson Darts into his gleaming green eye to finish off the monster.

It sounds easy, but almost every attack of the Collector is fatal for the main character, so try to avoid them by dodging and using the teleporters scattered around the arena. Also, do not forget about your teammates - help them get up so that in case of emergency they can help you.

After the Collector's mask flies off, he will begin to move much faster. Use Stasis Beam to slow the monster down, although this doesn't always work.

Chairman

Lizun is busy with his own business: he eats.

Just like the Marshmallow Man, the Chairman will bother you throughout the chapter - either he will kidnap the girl, then he will revive the statues, or even unleash a war between the North and the South again. During his lifetime, he was greedy, cruel and suffered from gluttony. His ghost - huge, fat and disgustingly laughing - enters the decisive battle at the end of the fourth chapter.

Naturally, not alone. The chairman flies around the arena, and portals appear from four corners, from which black slime creatures climb. First of all, you should get rid of the holes, filling them with green slime from Slime Blower, and only then take on the Chairman.

He has one weakness- A yellow orb that looks like an eye that hangs on his chest. To win as quickly as possible, aim and launch the Mason Collider at her, and then shoot from the Overload Pulse. A few hits and victory is yours.

Again, do not forget about comrades who can be knocked over by monsters from another world, and also keep an eye on the Chairman - from time to time he himself enters into battle.

It seems that the library should be quiet...

The Black Widow, as the hotel dubbed her, was a notorious killer. She hunted men - she lured them into her nets with her beauty and charm, and at the decisive moment she stabbed them and ... What happened next - no one knows, but there were rumors that the lady was operating on the thirteenth floor, although we all know that in America there are no thirteenth floors in principle - because of superstitions. It is there that we have to get to fight the Black Widow.

Her realm is essentially a huge spider nest, and the battle will take place in several arenas. This woman is the second easiest boss after Pappy, as her attacks are limited to biting and knocking down. And then the widow can be kept at a distance with the help of Blast Stream and Boson Darts. When her health drops, she will climb to a safe place to recuperate. You need to find it with the help of PKE Meter and expel the lady from there. Now that you know where she licks her wounds, it won't be hard for you to win.

Juvenile Slor

Night. Cemetery. Flashlight.

An overgrown lizard (although in fact it is still a cub) will appear at the end of the sixth chapter. At first, he will watch you with the help of four eyes flying next to him, so you need to destroy them. Once you're done, the lizard will drop its mask and start dousing the hunters with black slime. It is advisable to avoid it, since the main character may fall, and the partners simply will not be able to help due to the fact that they will fall down nearby.

Water the boss with slime until he tilts his head and reveals his weak point - a green hole on the top of his head. Aim and fire the Mason Collider, then equip your Overload Pulse. The rest is a matter of technique.

Shandor

The evil old ghost that has taken over the body of the mayor of New York is immune to all your attacks, as it is surrounded by an energy field powered by four green crystals. They need to be destroyed, but that's bad luck - they are like pearls inside mollusks and never stand open.

Shoot the mayor a couple of times to push the doors apart, and when the crystals flicker, destroy them with Boson Darts. A portal to another world will open, and with the efforts of the hunters, Shandor will go home. But not alone.

The Architect

Damn, the fish is too heavy, I can hardly pull it out!

This huge monster is the architect of the ghostly world, who wanted to break into ours in order to change it at his discretion. Ghostbusters almost managed to thwart his plans, but there is still a chance to win, and initially the Architect must destroy the five impudent ones.

Not that it was the hardest boss in the game, but it's going to take some getting used to. First, properly lower his health with Boson Darts, Shock Blast or Overload Pulse, and when the Architect jumps out in the middle of the arena and begins to regenerate, destroy three altars. It is not a fact that they will succumb the first time, so you may have to wait for the second “treatment”.

The architect throws huge boulders, unleashes flying skulls and launches fire tornadoes. Individually, all this can still be experienced, but all together it is almost impossible, so do not forget to dodge attacks and run back and forth. If everything is done correctly, then in a few minutes the battle will be won, you will see the final video, and the game will be completed. With what I congratulate you!

The Sedgwick Hotel.

After the introductory part, we go down the pipe to the first floor, in the corner we see Ray and follow him. We shoot Lizun, as a result of which we destroy the fence for the rest of the ghosts and one of them manages to escape. We follow the fugitives into the basement, at first we simply deplete the green, and then the spirit of the big uncle appears. Also, first use it against LMB, and then throw a trap (F) in the center of the room, capture the ghost by simultaneously pressing LMB + Shift and drag it to the trap, you can also press RMB to weaken the ghost.

This will be followed by our first challenge, to proceed with its implementation, get into the car, you can also first examine our office. Arriving at the hotel, we take the elevator to the top floor, where we split up - we go with Egon, and Peter will go himself. While walking on the floor, carefully listen to what the senior comrade-in-arms says - this knowledge will help us in the game. Use PKE (X) to find slug tracks, and it can also be used to find artifacts that pay well. The monster will be at the very end of the corridor, he is hiding behind a bedside table, but finding him is half the battle, unfortunately he is eluding us, besides, Peter asks for our help on the radio and we are forced to help him to find him, follow the arrow in the right corner of the screen.

After saving a friend, we go on a big hunt in the hotel lobby - there will be two messenger ghosts and Lizun himself. I think you know what you need to catch them, but you can also scan them, for this point PKE on the spirit and click LMB, for which we will be given some green pieces of paper that can be spent by pressing Esc and selecting the shopping tab. After catching two messengers, two more appear, this time they are separated - green to the right, postmen to the left, Peter and I will go to the right. Having reached the hall where the stranger hid, we cannot get inside - the evil manager is afraid that we will arrange a pogrom there, of course it would be possible to melt him with a proton, but we will go around, through the kitchen. And in the kitchen, a poltergeist is outrageous, so be careful not to get hit by falling kitchen utensils. Explore the area, and go to the cabinet near the door, the monster will open it for us. In the next room, we reflect the attack of flying fish, but the next door is barricaded, and to clear the passage, move the cabinet with the control beam. Here you need to go left, but if you turn right, then, having reached a dead end, you will find an artifact of a marshmallow scarecrow. Next, we finally go into the hall and catch Lizun.

After Lizun, we meet with our comrades and go to the hidden messengers. I must say, I caught them for a long time, and from my comrades I was useless, like from a goat of milk, but it was interesting (you can also find an artifact in this room, you will find it by going into the room with slot machines, and then follow PKE).

The next target will be Rybak, the same poltergeist who was rowdy in the kitchen. We reach the refrigerator with drinks, Rybak bursts out of it and we follow him, or rather we return back to the elevator. Next, in the bar, we burn out the fisherman, meet belated friends in the game and prepare for a meeting with an old friend - the Marshmallow Man.

Times Square.

This mission will be a little more difficult, but also more interesting. At the beginning of it, we move forward after the car, simultaneously fighting off monster dogs. Ghosts will appear a little further, put them into a trap above the car, gargoyles will appear even further, just fry them with a laser, but in no case use the control beam, otherwise you will die. When you reach a dead end, go into the store and exit on the other side, there you will be taught a new type of attack and you will use it in order to clear the way for the car. In this alley you will find two artifacts - one under the board near the garage, and the second if you turn left towards the bar.

Now there is a great battle for the theater, here you will have all sorts of pickles - from an opera singer to vagabonds, in general, you need to destroy them all. After these "frivolous" showdowns, we start for Zephyr, or rather, he starts for us. We shoot bosons from the jelly and go along the cleared path, in the end, we climb inside the building, where parts from Zephyr again attack us (take a hat on the table, also scan the big man). Then go up to the upper floors using the elevator.

Walk a little along the corridor, look at the running people (just don't shoot at them), and go into the office. At its corner, take an artifact, and then aim at the window on the ceiling - evil spirits will pour out of it. Destroy it and follow Ray, he will lead us to the roof, we will also meet a new female special, along the way, pay attention to the picture in the room of this person. On the roof, shoot the ghosts, and then destroy the sailor, it won't be that hard.

Library.

We listen to the boring remarks of the heroes for a bit, then we get into the car and drive to the library. There we aim a scanner at the statue of a lion and he, unable to withstand such a look, hides in the building. We follow him, go up the stairs and there we listen to a small educational program on the use of a new frost. After training, we go down and wander with PKE until we find signs of paranormal creatures in the corridor. We get into the reading room, there we wet the book demon, and behind the closed door we take a picture of a terrible witch. Next, we begin the search for the Gray Lady, roaming between the bookshelves and, in the meantime, dodging the press flying into our spacesuit. We go around the library, taking the scanner pointer for the direction, and, in the end, we miss this old maid, since she set a multi-volume encyclopedia on us.

We look at a small insert for the development of the plot and continue the hunt for a transparent woman. We escort this woman to the end of the corridor and she disappears behind the wall, while the door opens behind us, not without the help of the supernatural, of course. We destroy this evil spirits and pass through the opened door. We go down to some kind of children's room, then again to the library on the floor below. Here, behind the door you will find a calendar, and then take the trail of this Lady again, a secret passage will open if you pull the book on the cabinet. Burn the ghosts as they appear and at the end, pulling the book again, we fall into a trap, the result of which will be a showdown with books, and then with a toad-like spirit.

When the librarian slips away from us again, she will make a move, and go into it. After passing it, we find ourselves in some kind of dark room, in the corner of it lies an artifact, but to continue the further path, disassemble the boards on the door using the control beam. Next, we get into the forge, in which two coal golems work, we freeze them and destroy the rotten wall in the corner of the bakery, and then we are given a slug launcher, and with its help we clear the road of black mold.

A pleasant surprise awaits us below - the book of Gozerians will be easy for us to get. However, after she is in our pocket, we will have to work a little, killing the librarian. First, destroy the bookcases spinning around her, and then just destroy the cheat. After the battle, we find ourselves in a parallel world, there will be many teleports in it, you need to select the upper right one in order to teleport closer to your edge. The next teleport will take us to the “mirror” corridor, in it we, alone with ourselves, will hide the villain behind bars, after which we pass through the looking glass and will teleport us to the next station by itself.

When you come across the bridges that have been raised, connect them with the slug thread (3, RMB). Then we climb the shaky stairs to the very top, and not only levitating books will interfere with us, but also the fact that the skeletons of the stairs scatter at different corners of the screen, it will be possible to connect them using the same thread. In general, go upstairs and teleport to the next boss.

This boss will have multiple skins. The first is removed by watering the slugs, the second (the mask on the face) is removed using the control beam (but first the ghost must be weakened), and the third is the monster's eye, burn it to him and it will be eliminated. Also beware of flying white crows.

History Museum.

The beginning of the mission, as always, promises a lot of interesting things, first read the Gozarian book, and then go to the museum, or rather to its dark bins. Our first task is rather banal - to search the area for the presence of an unusual. To begin with, in the corner of the room, behind the boxes, click on the button to open the door, then move more carefully - there is a lot of black goo around. Go to the end of the path and free the professor from the box, also do not forget the hidden artifact in the corner of the room. Be prepared when the scientist opens the elevator door - ectoplasm will jump out of it and absorb Ray, you can release it if you pour it with mucus, and then put the ghost itself into a trap.

Next, we find ourselves in a large hall, where Ilissa finds a bad mood and she calls on the spirits from the statue, which mercilessly zombify people, releasing them is similar to releasing Ray. We clear the room and go to the opened door, there we repel the attack of the Indian statues, they die well from the shock (2, LMB). The next point of our entertainment will be watching and participating in the American Civil War, in which we act as peacekeepers. After settling the differences, we set out on an active search for Ilissa, but first find a gun-artifact at the site of the battles.

After the civil one, the museum of antiquity awaits us, in it we have to catch flying shards, but before killing them, close the hole in the parallel world with slime. Next, we fall into the trap of evil statues that barricaded our retreat path, but this will not frighten us, since there is a secret door that will swing open if you pour greenery on it, you will find the door itself if you climb the stairs. Now go through the dim corridor, shoot monsters in a huge hall and walk a few meters along the corridor along which frenzied statues run (the talisman is also hidden in this corridor).

After a verbal skirmish, we begin to scan the area. We destroy the obelisk in the center of the room and go down into the tunnel. We pass the tunnel (follow PKE, he will show you the way to the money), then again we destroy the hidden door with slime, and we go to the area with flasks of black slime. Here will be the last battle for the chairman, we shoot him in the yellow eye on his chest, and it is better to shoot from the new collider. When the ghost is hiding, quickly switch weapons to a slime blower and patch holes from which all kinds of creatures crawl. As a result, send the ghost to the next world and go to the station.
