The Dust 2 map has long been a classic, even those who have never or rarely played Counter-Strike know about it. Dust 2, as well as the first part, appeared in the very first versions of the CS game. Installation instructions:
- First, download WinRAR (not necessary if you already have an extractor for rar files).
- Next, install and unzip the file map Dust 2 Future [website].rar.
- Find the extracted folder map Dust 2 Future [website].
- After that, separately find the folder maps, in which we will throw off our card.
- Folder Path: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\maps.
- Transfer all files from map Dust 2 Future [website] to a folder maps.

Dust 2 is now available in beta and we really appreciate your feedback. Below you will see a few things that have been improved!
PLENT B - CASPAH
A series of overly dark patches in the tunnels was viewed with natural light pouring in through the shattered, torn off roof. The wrecked car at the bombsite has also been moved slightly to allow players to move around more freely. The hole in the wall, the 'Window', has been enlarged to make it easier to move around. Just beyond that, Scaffold has been simplified with no metal pipes to get in the way of your next piece. In addition, several electrical poles have been moved outside of the play area to remove unnecessary distractions without compromising visual fidelity.
PLENT A - AURORA HOTEL
Based on the player's feedback, the entry frags at Bombsite A have been improved, as the back wall no longer has dark doorways. Peaks around the corner have also improved with the removal of pesky drain pipes.
Broken Cars on A is now one car with more players around and on it. Experienced players now you won't have to worry about whether they're going to be there, and newcomers won't have to wonder if they'll get burned. Annoying physics-based detritus props have also been replaced with more predictable static details like weeds and rocks.

On the central part of the map, light changes were made so that campers in a dark corner in the tunnel could be seen.
A number of other dark doorways were adjusted, and the "neither here nor there" door covering was eliminated. With fewer alcoves to hang, you'll have more time to sweat over other important things.
IMAGE
Although game process Dust II doesn't seem to age, art needs a good sandblasting. The Site B section of the map is now the historical Kaspakh under restoration, and the A site is a bazaar and a hotel. Texture resolution has been quadrupled and support for North African feature models has been installed for all community mappers. Now, the bad news is that 2 pizza parlors are gone. Good news: they have been replaced by 2 dental offices. Coincidence? We don't think.
NEW PLAYER MODELS
The infamous Leet Krew, the classic Dust II terrorists and formerly known as "Durah", have received a complete overhaul to fit their revamped environment. These T models are improved, redesigned with high resolution to be more recognizable, cohesive and iconic; hardened veterans of countless CS rounds and still obsessed with world domination. You will notice that some of the Leet Krew are regulars at the new Salon De Coiffeur.

Dust II has evolved over time into one of the most balanced and iconic CS:GO maps. With that in mind, we decided to tweak it rather than doing a complete redesign. Your beta feedback will help us check if our initial goals were appropriate, have been met, and what the next steps are worth taking. Welcome! It's done, it's done! A new update has been released in cs go and a new dust 2 has appeared. We will talk about this and other things with you now. At the moment, the map is in beta testing, which means that it will change and be improved for the better. Any player can accept beta testing and it pleases. With dust, new terrorist models on this map also came to us, you can look at them below. However, the models of the special forces were not changed. I hope they become stronger in the future.
The map has become lighter so that you do not look for opponents in dark corners and your eyes are focused. Tunnels or additional openings did not appear on the map, and in my opinion this is wonderful. Either the card has lost its history. But with the layouts on the map it will be difficult. For example, going long from a can will not allow you to throw a blind or smoke grenade on a long, since the box has become higher. You need to study and try. The doors have become wooden, however, the damage done through the doors has not changed, but now the bullet will not change the flight path, as it would with metal ones. New models, textures and additional items did not affect the fps in the game. That's what really pleases. I can talk about the new map for a long time, but I recommend that you already go to a fresh give and play.
How to download update 10/11/2017 with a new map?
Good question, and a simple answer. You need to open steam, then go to "library", then find cs:go and right click mouse click on it. Select properties and go to the "BETA" tab and download. See screenshot below.
A little history of the DUST 2 map

Arguably the quintessential CS:GO map, Dust II has been a classic since its first release. This map captures the essence of CS, and in its new release, we would like to celebrate its purest form and smooth out the existing rough edges. Our goals for updating the map are as follows:
- Improving the readability of players on the entire map
- Improving the clarity of the world, including all observable surfaces
- Visual improvements to match the look of most updated maps.

Bomb Site B - Citadel
Row overly dark areas in the Tunnels was corrected by natural streams of light penetrating inside jeweler through a partially destroyed roof. The car that was wrecked at the site itself has been moved slightly, opening up more space for the player in that area. The hole in the wall, the so-called "Window", is now expanded, and the difficulty of moving in this area is smoothed out. And following this change, on the Forests as a whole they simplified the design, removed all the extra metal pipes from there, blocking your ordered one-by-one kills. In addition, several electrical poles have been moved out of the map border to reduce minor distractions while still maintaining the visual fidelity of objects.
Bomb Site A - Aurora Hotel
Based on player feedback, Bombsite A should now be easier to open, due to the fact that the redrawn wall has replaced the dark, spoiling doorways. The corner zones for trapping enemies (length, kt) have also been improved, with the elimination of annoying drain pipes.

Midway through the map, there are a number of changes, starting with better lighting in the lower Tunnel to trap those campers out of dark corners.
Several other dark passageways have also been lit up, and that "neither this nor that" surface of the door has also been replaced. With fewer pits and corners to get stuck in, players will have more time to focus on the things that really matter.
Appearance
While the gameplay on de_dust2 hasn't aged over the years, its look needs a good artistic shake up.
Side B is now the historic Citadel (the Kasbah), under restoration, while Site A is a large bazaar and hotel (Hotel Aurore). Texture quality has been improved by a factor of four, with South Africa support installed for all community maps. And now for the bad news: the two entrances to Pizza have been removed from the map. The good news is they have been replaced by two dentist offices. Coincidence? I don't think.
