Continuing to walk along the path, we climb the slope and deal with a dangerous predator - a biting dragon. Open the quest log, make it active additional task"Dead Pirate's Treasure!" and, guided by the map, we get to the place where the treasure is buried. We select the shovel located next to the broken barrel, dig out the chest and take out a large amount of gold from it. Returning to the fork, we approach a small temple, pull the lever and go inside. We get gold coins and a crystal torch from the chest. We also read a book lying on a stand against the opposite wall. Turning to the right, we get to the moat and bring down the tree, grabbing its left root.

Having reached the ruins, we comb the buildings for the presence of useful items and gold. In the very last of them, which is located above the rest, there is a chest with the spell "Rain of Fire". We return to the place where the path broke off, we go into the building and, having climbed the stairs, we turn right. Patty will notice with a keen eye that there is something interesting on the roof of the building opposite. Again, we search the premises and in the most extreme of them we will find a chest with contents - five spells "Flight of the Parrot". We go back, assign the spell to the quick use slot and use it to turn into a parrot. The flight can last as long as you like, but over time the bird will decrease and it will take a limited resource - strength - to climb. Having flown to the opposite building, we interrupt the spell and search the chest inside the room. We take rum, gold and a golden ring, which, when worn, increases some of the characteristics of the character.

Fears were confirmed - the pirates are trying to find the treasure of the ancient temple. Coming closer, we use the "Rain of Fire" spell and, having entered the fray, we deal with the enemies. After talking with Patty, we collect raw meat and fry it on a fire. We go down to the river along the path to the right of the bridge and climb onto the ledges by pressing the jump button. Having reached the very top, we pass into the temple and deal with two giant rats. We collect throwing daggers, inspect the corpse of a pirate and move on. We destroy one more rat, we collect throwing daggers and gold. Having reached the control button of the drawbridge, we activate it and unite with Patty again.

We overcome the warriors in the main hall and search the body of Captain Rawlings, which lies in the center of the room. Rawlings was an old friend of Admiral Alvarez and it seems his spirit has been leading us on the right path all this time. The enemies will attack us first of all, but as soon as the partner joins the battle, it will be possible to get rid of the attention of one of them. We strictly attack only our target, without interfering in the battle of a partner. The longer we hold the strike button, the more damage we inflict. Against nimble enemies, we use simple and slightly enhanced strikes. Parrying is not always effective, and if the hero loosens his grip, then we quickly dodge with a roll.

The tall building on the left is the headquarters of the Captains' Council of Antigua. Having reached it, we will greet the admiral, who has already been waiting for the report. We will tell you in detail about what we had to face on the Crab Coast and what happened to us after the discovery of the portal.

Hellhounds have become a major problem in Antigua. These creatures have been terrorizing the local inhabitants for several weeks now. Once a thriving port city in trade, it has become a corner cut off from the world. Some fled, while others stayed, hoping for an improvement in the situation. Alvarez will tell you that the creatures of the underworld were seen on the east coast, in Flynn's warehouse, in the market in front of Grace's forge, on Blood Oath Square and on the west coast. We make the task the main one so that marks are displayed on the map. There are two or four hounds at each point, so be sure to take a partner with you. In some cases, local residents will come to the rescue. It is enough to communicate with them and offer your help in exterminating uninvited guests. Do not forget about pumping, buying all kinds of useful items from merchants and completing side quests. A thorough study of the game world will make it much easier to move along the main storyline.

Returning to Alvarez, we inform him of the work done and receive a reward for each cleared place.

The admiral is concerned about the unpunished march of the ghost captain Crowe in the South Seas and therefore wants to unite with other guilds to confront a common enemy. It is up to us to look for allies and conclude diplomatic alliances with them on behalf of the Captain's Council of Antigua. We try not to rush and not to gather crowds of enemies behind us, since the more of them, the more difficult it is to fight. This is especially true of hellhounds, which often attack the whole pack. Having met Idriko - a member of the guild of magicians - we bring enemies to him in case of difficulties. The magician has powerful spells and effortlessly cracks down on creatures from the underworld. The most dangerous opponent will be the Lord of the Shadows of Cowardice. First, we eliminate the weaker enemies surrounding him. Rolling from side to side, we wait until the enemy is distracted by a partner. After that, we inflict several strong blows. However, with proper skill, the Overlord's attack can be interrupted by strong blows, and if you do this constantly, you will also have to catch the right rhythm. Having won, we get to the building with a mark on the map, go up to the second floor and select the Grimoire from the table. We return to the citadel and hand over the book to Eldrik. There is an entry in the spell book about the ritual of summoning the spirit, but it is not yet entirely clear how the process of binding the soul to the body takes place.

Chapter 3
Calador

We will talk with Eldrik and find out that the binding of the soul and body should take place in a place protected from the influence of the outside world. Only three powerful sorcerers are capable of casting a spell - Eldrick, the magician Zacharias and the voodoo sorceress Chani. We ask all the questions of interest about the ceremony and end the conversation.

Crystals are eternal

Eldric has almost completely cleared Calador of crystal portals, but the last one remains in the east. After the destruction of the bridge, half of the island was under the control of the shadows. We learn from the druid a special technique for the destruction of crystal portals.

An unsuccessful attempt to defeat the Lord of Shadows led to the fact that the hunters dispersed in all directions and none of them returned to the citadel.

If we feel that we cannot cope with the shadows, especially with a large creature hovering in the air, then we boldly bring them to Cyril. An extra sword will not interfere in the fight against enemies. We search the corpses of five hunters and return to Cyril.

To the south of the ruins of the old castle, Winter wanders, upset by his cowardice. He escaped, leaving his comrades behind during the battle against the Shadow Sovereign. Since we killed the Overlord during the “Ancient Knowledge” quest, we inform Winter about this.

Returning to Eldrik, we notify him of the elimination of the portal. We are transferred to the citadel and, after talking with Eldrik, we enlist support in conducting the rite of the spirit.

We leave for the ruins of the ancient city, moving around from the south side. On the first floor of the building from the table we select the book of the necromancer with the spell for the rite of the spirit and bring it to Eldrik.

Bones will let you know about the presence of a sea monster in the South Seas after we have a full-fledged ship. We interact with the steering wheel, raise the sails and select any point of movement. The most important thing in the battle is to get as close to the monster as possible sideways and shoot it from the onboard deck guns, while making sure that as many cannonballs as possible hit the target. With due skill, firing from the side cannons on one side and, quickly turning around, we fire the side cannons from the other side. The mini-map will help you quickly track the enemy. It is undesirable to use the cannon in the bow of the ship, because it does little damage. There is a reason for it only if the monster has little health left.

We rise along one ladder, then we go down another and activate another pedestal in the corner of a small room. We also pull the lever in the wall to the left of the opened door to provide ourselves with a short path to the exit. Having reached the next hall, the floor will collapse under us, and we will fall into the lair of the oracle Margolot.

Margolot defends well in close combat, so it is advisable to use a ranged weapon against her, such as a shotgun. To exterminate a huge number of spiders, the Fire Rain spell is perfect, which can be learned from Erasmus in the magic camp. The fight will not be easy: we buy in advance a large amount of ammunition, healing drinks and scrolls with various spells from the magicians on Taranis and from the demon hunters on Kalador. When the oracle has half its health left, we act more actively, since in idle time it will be able to restore health to this mark. A little gape and you have to re-apply a lot of effort. Roll-shot is the simplest tactic that will allow you to save yourself from the constant attacks from the spiders and will not let Margolot relax. Spells are also best left for the second half of the oracle's health. Having won, we communicate with Margolot. We inform her that we have lost our soul and that the minions, led by the lord of shadows, and not people, are to blame for disturbing her peace. The oracle agrees to help in the rite if we clear the cave of shadows.

The passage to the right of Margolot will lead to a crystal portal. We deal with the Lord of the shadows of discord and his minions and destroy the portal. It will not be superfluous to activate the teleport, because we still have to return here.

Having moved to the enemy ship, we deal with three pirates. Next, we interrupt the slow swings of Captain Morgan with powerful blows, and if a series of simple blows is used, then we simply dodge. Having won, the ship and crew will join the Antigua flotilla. In addition, we will get Morgan's equipment.

Having reached the cave together with Zacharias, we go inside and, cracking down on enemies, we make our way to the crystal portal.

Zachariah is confident that the flow of energy from the reactor will be enough to activate the portal. Shadows are the least concerned about an inactive portal, so we can quietly get into the underworld and find out the necessary information. Entering the portal and finding ourselves in the other world, we will meet Tao - the guardian of the island of the dead. We learn that our soul is on Skull Island. After listening to the instructions, we return back. Unfortunately, we didn’t manage to leave unnoticed: the shadows rushed after us and also used the portal. In every possible way we distract the Lord of Shadows until Zacharias destroys all the minions. Then, by joint efforts, we deal with the main enemy. We enlist the support of Zechariah and destroy the portal.

Learning how to destroy portals from Eldrik - a druid from the demon hunters guild on the island of Keela - portals that need to be destroyed will be marked on the map. In this case, each portal will be under the protection of the Lords of the shadows. Some portals can only be accessed after advancing the story.

Next, we step into the fight with Sebastiano, who, like Captain Morgan, has a series of powerful and weak blows in his arsenal. We interrupt powerful attacks and continue to strike until the opponent moves on to weak attacks, which we simply dodge. Having won, the ship of the Inquisition and the crew will join the Antigua flotilla.

Unlike the first monster, this one has become faster and releases clots that cause damage to the ship. We try to swim as fast as possible and constantly monitor the monster in order to start a maneuver to avoid clots in advance.
