Is teen pregnancy possible? No, because they don't have wohoo in their interactions.

What are the leprosy and what is needed for their implementation?

In the second part of the book presents statistics for each sim living on the lot. What is an imaginary friend?
A new creature in The Sims 3: All Ages is an imaginary friend. An imaginary friend can only be seen by one Sim, who interacts with them like any other Sim. He can play with an imaginary friend, as with a normal child, for example, starting a pillow fight, hugging him or having a tea party. Actually, an imaginary friend is a robot-like doll that a baby sim can receive as a gift. In this case, the imaginary friend has the same age as the sim itself. If the Sim is a child, the imaginary friend will also be a child and will celebrate the birthday at the same time as your Sim. He will become a teenager when your child grows into a teenager. If a Sim dies, the imaginary friend turns back into a doll and thus can build a relationship with another Sim to come back to life.

Does an imaginary friend disappear automatically when a Sim grows up?
Not necessary. An imaginary friend lasts for as long as you interact with them. If the level of your relationship is low or you do not play with him for a long time, at one fine moment he will disappear.
