New Year's games for children under 2 years old

Let's start the consideration of fun with the smallest heroes of the holiday. Usually, children begin to actively engage in simple games from 1.5-2 years old. For even younger toddlers, we offer only the simplest: round dances around the Christmas tree in the arms of mom; funny rhymes and songs with parents. Remember that babies should never be overloaded with emotions, including positive ones! "Herringbone" for such children lasts no more than half an hour, and we certainly look at the condition of the child. If he is tired, give him time to rest.

It's great if moms love to sing, compose poems and fairy tales. It's time to fantasize and gradually include the crumbs in the creative process. The main thing is the emotional involvement of parents, the desire to play and create. Even with yearlings, you can do small crafts together, glue New Year's toy- boots from two cardboard parts, and then paint with colored sparkles. The baby just sits in the arms of the mother, and the mother does everything herself using the “hand in hand” method. Then the toy is solemnly hung on the Christmas tree, and each guest is told who made such beauty. And everyone is happy and satisfied.

It is good for kids to include short New Year's songs, under which you can clap your hands, stomp your feet, twist your booty. First of all, remember safety precautions: if there is a toddler in the house, the tree should not stand on the floor, especially hung with glass toys and garlands with lights.

Game "Guess the gift"

Put a lot of different items and toys in a large bag. Invite the child to feel to determine what came into his hand. If the child guesses the name of the object, he receives a gift.

Game "Owl and animals"

Game "Cap"

Children become in a circle. Cheerful music is on. Players begin to pass the New Year's hat in a circle. When the music stops, the one with the cap left in his hands puts it on his head and completes the task of Santa Claus.

Then the facilitator begins to command and monitor how the children remember and perform actions. That is, when the presenter says: now the lanterns are lit - the children must twist the handles. On the “start” command, the children get acquainted with the snowflakes and distribute them, putting the same snowflakes in separate piles. For this competition, you need to prepare pictures of animals, for example, a bunny, a bear, a monkey, a dog, a cat, a chicken, and so on (in several copies, depending on the number of teams) and pictures with treats for these animals (carrot, a barrel of honey, banana, bone, fish, seed, etc.). For each team (equally) on a separate table or on the floor, pictures of animals and pictures of treats are laid out in a scatter, excluding one picture with a treat for an animal, for example, a picture with a banana. On the “start” command, the children begin to “investigate” and try to identify faster than their rivals who was left without a gift. But this is not enough. One person guesses a word to another. It must be a noun. The second shows this word to the rest of the company, but only with gestures and facial expressions. You cannot point at the object itself or make any sounds. The task is to show the hidden word in a fun way and to guess it.

Tongue Twisters

Select a few tongue twisters and pronounce them at speed.

Dance in a circle

Everyone stands in a circle at a distance of about one meter from each other. The music turns on. The first participant goes inside the circle and begins to dance so that his movements are consistent with the rhythm and style of the music. The rest repeat the movements for the first. As soon as the melody changes, another person enters the circle.

Mixer

Each player gets some name, say, a cracker, a lollipop, an icicle, a garland, a needle, a flashlight, a snowdrift ...

The driver goes around everyone in a circle and asks various questions:
